Fantastic idea! it would be great if the most interesting parts would be translated, related to Mika   so you will not have to do to much work.

i'm doing the whole thing, go big or go home haha ! Some parts wouldn't be understandable if I didn't translate the rest as well so, might as well do the whole thing while i'm at it

Side note guys, for all of you who aren't French, I decided that I was going to translate the episodes of this season in English. It's a long and hard work in progress, but I've managed to translate 1h21 minutes of the first show so far, I should be done with it by monday and gonna try to upload it probably on Vimeo if it works. I made a thread for it called "The Voice subtitles" if you're interested.

Okay everyone so this is a little update. So far I translated 1h15 minutes of the first show, I might be done by monday. I will let you know then how I'll share the video and give you the link !

It is time consuming but I'm really determined and I want all of you to be able to finally understand that sh*t haha. I know how frustrating that is!

If you ever need some help to cut down the workload, I wouldn't mind helping out

Actually you could help a little. I'm translating the main show, but you could start working on the "la suite" videos, the funny behind the scenes. I don't think I'll translate everything for those, only the funny bits but if you'd like to help with that, I wouldn't mind! I will translate them eventually anyways, after all the main shows are done so like probably in summer haha.

I myself am making a little maquette thingy based on the on-stage design of Mika's last tour. I'll post some pics once I've made some progress!

Don't hesitate to share your DIYs as you make them ! I started doing Mika's tassels necklaces. Did the tassels, now I need to find the beads, they are NOWHERE to be found lol

you could either try and put it on google docs... I've seen some people do it.. but I'm not too sure how. Or you could ask the MFC subtitling team if you could upload it there.  But vimeo is fine as well

I'm gonna try uploading on Vimeo and we'll see how that works. If it doesn't work or if the video gets turned down for whatever reason I'll try contacting Mikawebsite to ask them if they'd be interested in having my videos as well in their uploaded The Voice vids

I'm glad you're happy about it! I'm working on it, it's a very long and hard process but I'm gonna try to hurry as much as I can so you can have the vids reason asap and not be too too far behind the actual dates of release

I love your story!!  Your mum is so kind and thoughtful - the guy with the truck must be extremely nice and helpful, bringing this huge poster to your house!!  It seems to be in perfect condition!  I think there's a meaning with this - you got it because you deserve it!   Now MIKA might be an even bigger inspiration to you - "won't you open the door, and try me once more" I hope you'll keep on singing MIKAs songs, and share it...

Hello everyone ! (Yes I'm making another topic again but bare with me, that one might interest you a bunch).

I've seen loaaads of people disappointed or frustrated because they want to watch The Voice France but can't understand a word. So I figured I'd give myself a challenge: translate all the episodes. I started working on the first one (from season 5, current one) and it took me 2 hours to translate 12 minutes of the video, after a little bit of maths I came to the conclusion I'd be able to translate one video every other week. I just don't know where I'm gonna post them yet for you all to see it.

you could take something less obvious than a pic of him - maybe some of his artwork, or lyrics in a beautiful font / hand written by you.

That's what I was thinking !  

-I know you said she has his albums, but the Korean magazine editions of 3 of his albums are so beautiful (i was just drooling over my NPIH one). Each includes a big book of gorgeous photos of him, the TBWKTM one has the live @ Sadler's Wells disc & a disc of remixes, and the TOOL and NPIH ones each include a disc with bonus tracks and a dvd. They're all still available last time i checked & ship worldwide.

-You could make a DIY frame and put her fave pic of him in it, or a pic of you two (especially if you have a special Mika memory associated with it).

-One time i took a little empty container and decorated it with the words "too much candy gonna rot your soul" and a pic of him looking sweet. Well we never took pics together cause she lives in Paris and the first gig we're gonna do together is the printemps de bourges but it's gonna be after her birthday sadly. We went to the voice together twice (yes she's "that" friend i quoted haha) but couldn't take pictures either. But those are awesome ideas ! Do you have a link for the Korean magazine editions? I dont even know if I have ever seen them

Hubby has given me a cover for my phone with Mika on it. I never would've bought this myself, but I still use it.

I translated as better as I could the most important parts which were essential to understand the meaning of this whole thing! 

Before all of that, they showed a little interview of Fedez in which he said that his colleagues make easy choices for what concerns the songs for their contestants, in opposite of what he does with his groups. So Mika told him that it wasn't true and then... everything I wrote up here
