    Think the make up is more bronzer than full face foundation...the guy just has to open a window and he tans.Couple of days in the sun will be enough for him to colour and to even it out needs a touch of make up...not the end of the world! Plus bronzer makes his cheekbones look ...mwah! Nobody complains at Jonny Depp highlighting his assets! :wink2:

     

    Cancelling shows has to be done I am afraid...again, like the Brits he needs to be seen ...EVERYWHERE!! HE NEEDS THE EXPOSURE around the world!! It is unfortunate for the fans that booked accommadation/flights etc (been there done that myself) but you will get over it. Look at Dublin ...not thought twice about now..not that many complained anyway tbh.

    Personally I prefer the other outfit with the panels at the front...altho, this looks good too..stylish. but then it should be!,he has his own trained stylist! I am sure she knows what looks good on him..plus this is MIKA he couldn't give a rats ass what anyone thinks ..he wears what HE likes ...not coz fans criticize his dress sense :naughty:

    I'm sorry this happened Daisy, but it's not like you weren't warned in advance not to do it.

    I told you last week what it entailed, and that you wouldn't be able to handle it, after doing it myself last night, I know I was right to try to talk you out of it.

    It's only something you should do if you are fit and healthy.

     

    Rose you don't know all the facts (you might think you do but only I know everything) ...so no need to be so condescending.

    I didn't get the option of whether I could do it or not that decision was taken away by others. So Nobody knows if I could have done it or not.. being ill or not!!!!

    need to say THANKS!!!! for those who were so kind to me on here. :wub2:

    It wasn't MFCers who were being crappy to me... never seen the woman before but had to walk away or would have retaliated.

    If you have ANY medical problems you have to tell them :sneaky2: even if they know you are ill and still said was ok to do it....it is devastating to have to go through it all then be taken out of the group and told it is not gonna happen then made to wait outside for 2 hours in the freezing cold in a thin mac as was told to come casual but need to wear something to cover costume.

    What I am annoyed about is there was a Mum and her daughter there ...the girl wasn't young and the Mum was going to be a BG till last min and SHE decided not to do it. SHE was allowed to stay inside and watch it all going on cos her daughter still did it where I was cast aside like a piece of rubbish.

    I was promised other things that never happened, so that is why I reacted like I did.

    It is lack of organisation IMHO everyone is soooo busy they don't know what to do if something goes wrong.

    Yes I should have stood my ground and complained as people keep telling me now but I was so excited about it all and i just got upset...couldn't helpnot wailing or anything just a few tears.

    I wouldn't bother with Hammersmith but my friend is so excited I won't let him down as I keep my promises!

    ps. There is so much more but tbh it is past and don't want to tell the world. One thing is IT IS NOT MIKA's FAULT he will have not known a thing that was going on as he was rehearsing :wink2:

    Trying to get there for about 4pm. I can't do earlier or be too knackered.

    Hi SS!

    I was really ill last time there was a show here infact i had to take my wheelchair as on top of everythingelse playing up I had a chest infection!

    They told me there isn't anywhere 'officially' for disabled people but put me near the bar in a small tall stool seating area.The staff were great, I was in my w/chair and was horrid. Couldn't see a thing as there is metal poles right were you look....but if you get one of the stools you will have a cracking view. I ended up standing all the show but was fine as I rested on the front of the 'balcony' bit with Babspanky we had a blast!

    Ring the Venue tell them you are not feeling 100% and see if they can let you avoid the queue. I do depending on how i feel on the day...as Ican't forward plan anything.

    I am resting as i type so I am on top form for tomorrow just got a new bag of prescription meds so I am gonna be rocking!!!

    Hope you can sort it out in the end hun and have a fab time!

    short and sweet..kinda like me! :roftl:

    THIS SHOW: IT IS AWESOME!, TRUELY SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!!!

    as some will know I kinda lost my MIKA MOJO and wasn't excited about these shows...it is now back ...and I wish I could do them ALL!

     

    I was looking after a friends little girl and we were in the circle 5 rows from the front.

    It seemed like I was the only person there who knew who Erik Hassle was ...so I was selling him well!.. as I love, love Erik. He rawks! AND HIS CD IS OUT ON MONDAY...called 'PIECES' ...BUY IT!!!!!! Make him a star too!

    .....then when the MIKA show started ..WOW! from the first moment it is just so artistically inspiring!

    With being higher up meant we saw the notebook more than I expect you see it being close up near the stage. It was hard to take everything in (..I am so pleased I am doing a few shows!) The backdrop, the new M dance moves, the bin drumming, Cherisse's hair, Imma's dancing and vocals, Martin..always a fav in my book :wink2:, Jimmy's trumpet lol, and Dave's key playing all were just marvellous..I sound all fangurly but I can't help it. MIKA sang like it was his last ever show..was just out of this world. He is looking too thin tho!

    I was only one singing and waving etc. in the seats where we were :shocked: everyone infront??? ...I think they were there to see Shakespeare they never even clapped along????..there were a few behind who stood up but we were told we couldn't before the show started :dunno:

    Love Today came on and everyone stood and the floor was bouncing!... we didn't want the show to end.

    The meeting was weird as nobody knew what or where he was coming from but managed to get a 'Hello' and my Rain CD signed :wub2:

     

    What I will say is IF YOU BY THE COUNTERFEIT MERCH OUTSIDE THE VENUE DON'T INSULT MIKA AND ASK HIM TO SIGN IT!....as he won't some young people were kicking off as he was signing other things but why would he sign fake goods when HIS are on sale inside? Yeah they are cheaper but they ARE NOT OFFICIAL!

     

    The whole night was fab. I was with some amazing people and Mini Me was a pleasure to look after. Thanks Guys! :thumb_yello:

    I am back home now and ready for a long sleep with my kitty cat who is curled up snoring so I better join her ...zzzz...

    After them sending me a tshirt and badges i ordered (within a couple of weeks) the bag I ordered at the same time didn't come (...was on the invoice as suppose to be in the parcel.) So I rang them...was Christmas time and hadn't any staff. The girl was useless said they will contact me the following week to tell me they are out of stock of bags....Duh???? why do that when I am on the phone asking YOU where it is!!!???

    So I Emailed THEM then rang again ...and said their customer service and lack of communication is unacceptable. Nothing they could do as they bought these in and were not made on site so just had to wait.(which I wouldn't have known if I hadn't contacted THEM!!!)

    I then emailed again....basically it took over a month with me having to chase it up.

    My advice would be to contact them as MUCH as you can until you get an answer you are happy with as they are really bad with correspondence..understandably they are busy with tour merch and the like but they are happy to take our money and make us wait...which is just not on!!

    I can't understand why MIKA's people went with Sandbag again after the way they were on the last tour. Not just with tickets (or lack of...maybe it was the promoters not printing them in time...for EVERY SHOW???) but with the 'Mika Magic Points' system...we all knew about it, but they weren't aware of anything!

    Again lack of communication!

    Fingers xd everyone gets everything soon.
