Well somebody had to take them to the hotel to freshen up AND bring them back to the gig

Unless this is the revelation that Mika IS really Billy Brown LOL Except he has stated that Billy Brown is about someone he knows

I know there is already a thread stating this somewhere but could not find it so thought I would just put a new thread up As a taxi driver, and having only played 1 cd in the car at work since Newcastle gig, I think the number of converts I have for Mika is in the hundreds. Only annopying thing is they all seem to think it is the scissor sisters, (soon put them right on that point) when they realise it aint them, they say they are going to buy the album the next day Hopefully many more of you are getting the converts at this rate so we get Mika on the BIG Stages and venues.

He is also 6' 4" so he is pretty tall anyways lol

I think the little girl from Grace Kelly is actually Mika's Niece or cousin. Not 100% sure tho

Album Lyric is defo Bore but at Northumbria he sang whore, thrust his hips towards Martin and grinned at the crowd

Well I made the trip to leeds to see another fantastic gig:groupwave: The stage was alot smaller then Newcastle and the crowd alot closer As Angelic said we met up there and it was nice to meet you aswell. Got home safely as you can tell Set was pretty much the same as Newcastle but no Lollipop Girl in the crowd I had to miss the Last song(lollipop) so I could get a pic from the car to have Mika sign Alas circumstances ment we never met Mika But his sister came out and got the pic signed for us There was alot of people dissappointed out back of the cockpit. On a brighter note most of the band did emerge and all I can say is Luke had all the time in the world, Cherisse (Eye Candy for the male fans ) And Martin was all apologetic that Mika had not been able to appear, Arrpeciate the thought martin.Have included a few pics from the night as I cannot get my gallery to work lol

As I read on either this site or Mika's official site, Mika deserves success because his songs come from his heart and have real feeling in them. People say he is going to be huge..........I think they need to realise........He is ALREADY HUGE

He is that nice and just wanted people to know this fact and thanx for the red eye fix Sunny should have done it myself but wanted the pics up fast lol

I have to think that me, My wife and my young son are the luckiest Mika Fans Alive after the carry on we had to see this amazing artist live in Newcastle. After trying for what feels like forever to get tickets (and failing) , I was sent to collect a customer from the university as a taxi driver. The customers in question were Cherisse(Drums), Luke(Keyboards), and Mike(Bass Guitar). As I had the album playing in the car, I got talking to the three of them and explained how I had not been able to get tickets, I was offered the chance to be on the guest list with my wife and son. Obviously only a total fool would decline such an amazing offer so I duelly accepted :thumb_yello: After watching one of the best gigs I have ever seen (and I have seen some very big names), I asked one of the university security to pass a message to the band to say thank you for an amazing offer and night again. He said he would see if one of the band would come to the back door to see me. If you were amongst the people at the back door when Luke came out, you would have seen me, my wife and son escorted back into Studio 2 where Mika was milling around. He is such a nice person. He did not rush us at all and was willing to spend as much time as we wanted. I also wanted to say thank you to the rest of the band aswell and Luke obliged by taking us through to their room where my son got the rest of the autographs to complete the set. I think the lollipop girl is such an excellent and unique idea to have at the concerts. I have included some pictures but cannot promise they work as I have never posted pics on a forum before We also met some of Mika's family and they are as nice as him. I cannot wait for him to come back andthink he will be playing at least the City Hall if not the Arena next time

Just saying hi as a new member and after seeing him in Newcastle, I think he needs to keep the band together they work excellently:thumb_yello:
