False alarm! I got to go! Some of my friends came into the rescue 20 min. after I wrote that. M.I.A?!!!!!! That's awesome, I wanted to go to that but I found out about it too late. I was so bummed! Philly's only like 25 min. from me! Grr!!

actually, i'm in total holidays until july 1st (or june 30th), and even then, i'll be working in martinique, so... for 2 months... and then, i'll be off again until november 3rd :yay:

Hi everyone! I'm sitting at the airport about to fly out of Toronto... just said goodbye to Christine, but my flight is even later than I thought (it was already delayed once), so just waiting around some more now. Happily the lounge is quite well-appointed, with lots of comfy seats and lamps and coffee and free internet access--much fancier than the non-ticketed passenger area where Christine and I waited before. They keep telling me various MFC is not approved though. Oh, and I just missed the fireworks! Darn.

Secondly, I did order the books a few days ago... I emailed the guys saying that it would be virtually impossible to have them here by the 27th... so they said that we could definatley still mail them to them... but than they said something like " If you want...let us know when they come and we'll go down there to get themm..."

And for the monthly update: quite enjoying the real world at the moment, so I guess I'll stay there a bit longer Trying to clean up in my life, starting with my appartment - pretty much throwing out everything Added a couple of rats to the family, two lovely boys named Mika and Milo Spending most of my time creating fancy toys for them, think I might become a bit of a rat geek Apart from that I'm just working a lot and trying to spend a bit of quality time with junior (by dragging her along to work ) ... not missing the wiz at all, but I kinda miss you guys

Yes, Blue Sky, = The Midway State. (My riddle is certainly not nearly as exciting as the blog Babspanky just found). It was awesome to finish watching The Cure after 2 and a half hours, then taking a chance in racing to another small-venue-gig to stalk the Midway State, only to get there just minutes before they start their FREE gig, and finding ourselves in the FRONT row, and really enjoying this NEW music! I think between Christine and I, we have seen all the opening acts of Mika at their own gigs except for Sara Bareilles and Royworld.

 

But OMG that blog babspanky found - :roftl: that's recockulously awesome! I'm surprised "Relax, Take It Easy" didn't turn into "Rest, Lazy Ass" !.
