Il regista di talento Jonas Akerlund (che ha già girato "Ray Of Light" di Madonna e "Paparazzi" di Lady Gaga) ha diretto MIKA per il video del suo ultimo singolo "We Are Golden", che fa da apripista al nuovo album - che ha lo stesso titolo del singolo - in uscita il 18 settembre.

Per amor di precisione, nel 2009 di video Jonas Åkerlund ne ha girati quattro: Paparazzi di Lady GaGa, When Love Takes Over di David Guetta e Kelly Rowland, quello di MIKA e Celebration di Madonna, di prossima uscita...

Direi che sia in ottima compagnia! Speriamo che goda dello stesso successo di Guetta e GaGa!

- il blogger è una passivaccia acida

- scrive peste e corna dei personaggi che ammira (Madonnaccia, Britney-Santa Spears) e di MIKA, invece, non ha mai avuto una grande opinione.

sul thread del WAG video intendi? più che arrabbiato direi un po' amareggiato dal fatto che (su questo forum, il forum di qualcuno che, indipendentemente dal proprio orientamento sessuale, ha scritto billy brown) ci siano persone che considerino l'aggettivo "gay" come qualcosa di negativo, per poi sperticarsi (allegra non c'entra! ) in dichiarazioni del tipo: "ma non c'è niente di male ad essere gay, ognuno può fare quello che vuole!".

poi sì, come ho detto a qualcuno di voi privatamente, sono in quella fastidiosa fase "suffragetta" in cui voglio urlarlo al mondo e non perdo occasione per manifestarlo, perciò mi rendo conto che magari anch'io possa diventare un po' peso. mi passerà!!!

questa mattina non ho potuto resitere, dovevo rivedermi il video prima di cominciare la giornata...credo non ci sia un buon giorno migliore:wub2:

I was thinking....and I came to the conclusion that I can't imagine any of my boy friends dance this way in their bedrooms even in their teenage years.

It might mean that he is gay, but it all seems totally natural to me. I mean, the fact that he is like this. He might be gay, bisexual or anything, I don't want to use any of these words on him, it's just Mika. The way he is. Might call it gay, girlish, stupid.....etc.....but I would rather just call it Mika.
