    let's hope this will not prevent him to come back, as he promised 'with his blood' to me! i'm so scared of it, that i also dreamt him telling me he would not come back to Italy...'cause his managers said it was not worthwhile!!!:shocked: :shocked: .......just a dream, a nightmare daresay!!!

     

    I'm hoping with you... let's not forget that after almost 20 years of bad press, some artist by the name of Madonna - which some of you may have already heard about! lol - although still very commercially popular in our country, has almost gave up on us completely, i.e. she doesn't come to TV shows, she does little interviews and she even stopped speaking italian during her rare concert appearence... :( I hope the press won't annoy Mika that much!

    Btw, for those of you who don't understand italian, to give you an idea of the contents of the article, I'll translate the title: "Non sono una signora" means "I'm not a lady"... I think this title says a lot on the journalist who picked it... :thumbdown:

    quite frankly imho, this journalist doesn't know how to do her job. Her approach is snobbish, completely superficial; she obviously believes to be smarter than her interviewee and obviously tries to go all Oriana Fallaci on him, trying to upset him and make him uncomfortable, however, she doesn't Fallaci's wit or insight...

    She also finds a way to makes homophobic comments (she claims that mika is gay and she calls his music "gay friendly" - not in a nice and polite way, implying that a gay musician cannot appeal to a 'serious' audience, but only to his gay-tribe...), however this gives a chance for Mika to display once again his sensitivity on the subject. Her knowledge of what the genre "pop" includes is quite questionable, especially given the fact that she should be a professional. Towards the end of the interview, she states her idols are Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix and Joe Strummer and that she'd rather interview people whose work she doesn't like. Mika tells her she's safe, because they're all dead by now. lol

    As much as straight guys will deny it, I think most of them would go gay for Johnny Depp and Mika. They're just too damn sexy to pass down.

    I think Scarlett Johansson is really hot. Angelina leaves me cold (and so does Brad for that matter). My ideal woman, no big surprise, would be Madonna. Or Barbra maybe. Jane Fonda was really hot when she was young! Let's say I love opinionated left-wing women of all ages! lol

    I voted that too, blue. I don't like fall into categories. as in your case, I know which my feelings are, but according to alfred kinsey we are all virtually bisexual, and I think that's true somehow.

    as long as Arezzo Wave has been here in Arezzo they never closed up admittance.

    of course paying 10 euros after 9 pm it's also a way to prevent a too much crowded evening.

    I'm sure that the new place for Italia Wave is much bigger than the one it had here so I don't think there will be any problems.

    the only thing is arriving when they open the gates,not later.

    the so called Main Stage used to open at about 7.30 pm.

    Anyway I'll search more informations for you.

     

    PS:the artists of the Main Stage have about 20 min to perform.bit it can be more.it depends on the number or artists who are going to perform I think

    LOL, I'm really glad you like it, i'm sure a sound board version of the show will show up soon enough ;)

     

    I personally prefer the Milan show, i love having shows were you have just the right amount of audience in it, not to much screaming, not too much singing, Milan is Perfect, I think Berlin lacks some Audience, a little bit more and it would have been perfect

     

    I think your recording is far better than mine actually! lol of course to me it's not a big deal to hear my friends and me singing along! :P

    btw... I made a huge mistake with the title of the new song... I really thought he said "Love You Johnny" instead of "Holy Johnny"! lol

    robertina, I guess I was about 10 metres from the stage... unfortunately I got stuck in the traffic jam and that was as close to the stage as I could get when I arrived! :(

    avoca, thanks for your kind words! that's me singing along (ruining!) grace kelly... me and my friends were singing along all the time, we had such a great time!
