I don't know about you guys, but for me the pages load almost instantly. I have never seen a forum load this quickly. A big thanks must go to Kieran the MFC programmer. His talents made the move as smooth as possible. Also, he will be creating our very own MFC chat room for the site.

We have one for ourselves. It is very expensive, but we prefer to pay a lot of money than to have the site offline anymore. if you were not on the list by noon yesterday, then i strongly recommend you don't go. There isn't much room, and there are no guarantees that even the VIP list will get in,.

Just so you all know... I have asked Mika's management to post any updates on this thread. I don't know if they will be able to, but fingers crossed. There is nothing more I can do. With luck, Freddie will be online in 6-7 hours. But I don't know for certain. PS: I have made it sticky, so you don't need to bump it.

Well, my take on it is that they were VIP at the initial venue. Essentially it means you got closest to the stage, a free Mika t-shirt and perhaps a chance of meeting Mika. Now I am not so sure it will mean much. Your entrance will still be free, and you will all get a t-shirt via the mail, but my impression is that even if you are on the VIP list, there is still only room for 100. Get there early and I am sure it will be fine. Good luck to you all, and take loads of photos.

Please note that it is currently 2:12am here, and for Freddie it is 1:12am, he is offline and most likely sleeping. I am not happy with this situation, and I am sure Freddie feels the same. I hope that it will all go well for you all, and I can only apologise for what is a cruel act from mother nature. Above is all the info I have been given. I wish I could help more but it was Mika's management that arranged everything, myself and Freddie are pretty much just middlemen. Hi all. I just got this urgent update from Mika's management: URGENT NEWS -- Due to heavy rain scheduled for tomorrow's Mika concert, the concert will no longer take place in Bryant Park. Instead, Mika will perform in GMA's Times Square Studio. (Broadway and 44th) There will be a studio audience but it will be significantly smaller (about 100 people). Please let the guests you put on the VIP list know that tomorrow's VIP list will be on a first come, first serve basis. They should arrive by 6:00am and should lineup on 44th street and Broadway. Should they arrive any later, we may not be able to accommodate them. AND -- please let them know that due to this I don't know if I can give out the t-shirts there. BUT -- if you can get addresses, I can mail each and every one of them a t-shirt. The very least I could do in these circumstances. Thanks for all the help and understanding.

We have arranged for the T-shirts to be free for MFC users, so don't worry, you won't have to pay. Remember, you are VIPs.

Yes, it is a long term solution. Highly expensive, but we are 99% sure it will be able to handle everything we can throw at it. Every site has downtime, but MFC has been having too much of late. People shouldn't have to copy and paste posts b4 posting them etc... It is one of the downsides to being the biggest and best Mika site on the net.

As far as I know, the guests names do NOT have to be on the list.

Actually, the part 2 thing is kinda cool. It is like when you get a new book to write in at school. Fresh start, chance to make it even better.

If someone is unable to create a new thread, then we can do it for them.

URGENT We need the people who created the MEGA threads to create the PART 2 threads. e.g Freddie is opening the new bar... So if you are the creator of a mega thread, then please create a new thread 1) Same title, but add "Part 2" 2) Copy across the entire first post, or any lists that you will need etc... 3) if you can't access the first posts, then PM Freddie and he will send it to you.
