I signed up twice last night but never got a confirmation email with my hotmail account. Today I went and got a Gmail account and registered again with that. I got my confirmation email in about 20 seconds. You have to respond to the confirmation email to really be registered, I think. So, you might want to try again? (either that or you need to find a spirit lion-butterfly guardian to help you)

You are right about the tail. I was just thinking how the Pekingese are the guardian spirits (dogs) of China, so if I were walking the Great Wall, I would take a Pekingese with me.

I shipped mine priority (also known as regular:mf_rosetinted:) and it says shipped, but there is no tracking for that.

Mine was delivered to my neighbor, so I do have it now. Yes, I shipped it express, I think. It was supposed to be delivered in 4-10 days or something like that. The mailing choices were rather strange. But it is here now. I guess I can now start infringing with impunity (or something)

...I've posted a thread already, but the bad news is the costume won't be unveiled at Amsterdam after all.

It's down to a few things, but something that happened this morning put a spanner in the works, so I can't get it together in time now.

Hmmmm, doesn't it make you wonder which part isn't coming together? The panda suit, the hula skirt, the coconut bra, the fruity headdress, or maybe the pavarotti tuxedo? (oh dear, I think Sparkly's creation is etched permanently in my mind) I guess the good news is that we can still call her the Penguin for awhile longer?

Very strange. I placed my order through Zazzle and they shipped it out. However, I just checked on the "trace the shipment" and found out it was supposedly delivered two days ago!!! I haven't seen it. Maybe the Zazzle people swooped in and picked it off my porch after UPS delivered it? (or maybe my neighbor has it?) Hmmm, somehow it doesn't feel like an infringement huh? I know if I wore the shirt around here most people would say, "Who's Mika?" (and I suppose, "what is RAH?")

Nice thread, Vixenbbw. Hmmmm, I like Mika for his great songwriting/musical talent, his concert performances, his interesting and strong personality, his committment to privacy, and, after viewing this thread, I must admit I like his endearing smile in his photos with his fan gurls/boys.

Well, she has good taste in music. Tom Waits has been my favorite musician for the past 30 years with no one ever coming anywhere close to the admiration I feel for his songwriting and performing talents. I was stunned a year ago or so when I first heard that she was going to attempt to cover his songs. Now that I have heard a couple of them, I think she is very brave and I am glad that she did what she wanted to do. Yet, for me, it would be like listening to someone else sing one of Mika's songs. It might be interesting, but I would, personally, rather hear Mika sing his own songs.
