I've checked the websites, i can't get anything definate for Hammersmith but Birmingham says anyone under 14 needs an adult with them. The Over 18's relates to alcohol or club nights, not concerts.

I think in most cases if you're under the age of 14 you need an adult with you, But I'll check both the venues and let you know
