oh you're welcome! it was my pleasure. the ultimate thing would have been for everyone to go to a sugar house & eat it on snow, but Mika picked the wrong time of year... he was about 4 weeks too early

No i bought them for everyone to have a little "maple" experience This is the store: http://www.laurasecord.ca/en/products/view/hard-maple-candy-16-pieces-533?r=39 they are made of 100% maple syrup I actually have a recipe to make them, but they just don't look as good.

awwww they were in little containers on the table for people to take. i don't have any left, i gave what was left to Nanou to take home with her. But i know where i can get more!

When you open the can (or bottle), keep it in the fridge... it will stay good for months (that is if you can stop yourself from eating it )

did you taste it yet? it is sweet, but not quite the same taste as the candies

ha! a Montreal souvenir! They taste as close to "sugar on snow", without being "sugar on snow"

i can't remember for sure, but i think it was 7" (high) x 12" (wide) So once opened, it was 14" x 12" Nanou & I took this pic at the store to show Deb how big the card was. The cards under the one we bought are regular size cards

i noticed it also during Any Other World, but the performance outweighed the flubbed lyrics. i wonder if regular fans noticed. (not that we are not regular fans... but you know what i mean:naughty:)

i can't help you with Copenhagen, but for your cold, have you tried hot water, lemon juice & honey? it will coat your throat and feel better

Thank you, but the words are Deb's ... she is so much better than i ever could be. Nanou & I went shopping for the card & fell in love with this one. Deb liked it also & thought the image was so appropriate for the circumstances. The card was actually huge... it matched the flowers Nanou is the one who wrote inside the card. (the rest of this post isn't for you PaolaC, but for everyone) WHICH REMINDS ME .... there are a few members who said they would contribute to the flowers, the wine & the card & to this day, we haven't received the money. If your name is in the card and you haven't paid yet, please contact Deb in PM to make arrangements. It's not fair that we, the mod team, have to pay your share.
