    The other thread is closed because it was to ask which day we wanted to have the MFC get together. Wednesday was chosen, so this thread is now to say if you are coming on Wednesday or not. Tuesday is no longer an option

    So i was there this weekend. It is a mess Once you get into the station, find out what gate your train is leaving at and follow the signs. I much preferred the travel from Toronto to Montreal than Montreal to Toronto.

    This is the website for our only train company http://www.viarail.ca/ i actually did the trip Montreal-Toronto this weekend... it was pretty good. Took approx. 4 1/2 hours to get there. Free wi-fi

    I haven't read anything on twitter, but as we've been told 10000 times in the past, unless it's mentioned on Mika's FB or we create a thread here, it's not confirmed. We always wait for a confirmation from his official management before going ahead. It's less of a heartbreaker that way.... For everyone And having bad words with the local person who works for him is never a good idea. it may leave a bad taste in their mouth. My humble opinion anyways

    it's too bad this is a little ways from downtown because i think you would have enjoyed it. It's called "Oratoire St-Joseph" http://www.memorablemontreal.com/document/image/original/HM_ARC_002093-001.jpg You can take a virtual tour instead... http://www.saint-joseph.org/en/shrine/virtual-visit It is a religious building, but the architecture is just amazing. People who are doing pilgramage often climb all those steps on their knees, doing prayers as they go along.

    Unfortunately, in February, Montreal is semi-hibernating... not much is going on as far as festivals and activities. had the concert been 1 week later, there was the "Montreal en lumiere" festival, but i'm afraid you'll all be gone by the 19th of February.
