I'm lucky. I've seen 3 MIKA shows & got to speak (briefly) with him after each.
Hang in: You WILL meet him one of these days.
You have to kind of plan what you want to say 'cause
time is probably going to be short & when he looks at you,
your brains will fall right out of your head!
PS: He is sweet as pie!

Just for the convenience . . . NEAR "P" Street . . .
although, apparently, there is some significant construction
going on in the area:

One below deleted; a duplicate!

MIKA could make it sooooo much easier if he would have a little m&g for the MRFers as he did in LA: Quick, light some votive candles . . .

Oh, good. I'm so glad you received it before Christmas. HAPPY HOLIDAY TIMES to you
-
Oh, I hope you do make the walking tour: I hear Tim's pretty funny!
Boston is great: went there for a holiday with my sister. I liked going to the Italian section.
-
OH, ME TOO: HE SPEAKS IN WHOLE SENTENCES.
You should go to the White House and say "Hi!"
So, what's you're real idea of "FUN?"

OK KETI. My power was off 'cause of huge snow storm where I live, but I'm back in business now, so will do.

OK, I'll get hopping.
Coming in March, right?--for how long?
I'm a "foodie" myself so I'll start with two of my fav restaurants:
"2 AMYS" Authentic PIZZA + a lot more--a few blocks from the Washington National Cathedral and "JALEO" - Spanish TAPAS - fun with a group: There are three: Downtown, "Crystal City" Virginia and
Bethesda, Maryland. You can "google" or I can get the addresses for you.
I ALWAYS think of food first, but there are ART GALLERIES, SCULPTURE & BOTANIC GARDENS + TERRIFIC MUSEUMS and a large ZOO--nearly all are no fee involved. Also DAILY, free evening performances in the "Grand Hall" of the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. (If you decide to try this, go early--if you want a seat.) BTW, my daughter and I took a free tour of the Kennedy Center a while ago--which we found very interesting.
MORE LATER . . .
PS: Let me know if you want to "spring" for theater tickets or some pricier restaurants, and, if so, I'll include some suggestions in those areas.

PIZZERIA
PARADISO
This is a good (2nd choice, in my view) for PIZZA, but has the advantage
(for you) of having a location on "P" Street.
