I agree. You just have to listen to him singing other stuff. He often goes kind of "chumon" when he says "come on", and has some other strange ways of saying things that I can't recall right now, but have posted before, so I most definately say that he said "chicket" ie ticket.
yeah, that definitely was CHICKET!

MIKA is actually my provider:thumb_yello:

I don't know about vegetarian cheese, but the vegan cheese I've tried, I haven't liked much. Some things can be replicated really well with soy (ice cream!) and some things apparently cannot (cheese ).
-Jack
cheese can easily be replaced...there is 7678899 types of vegetarian cheese and most of them are actually excellent...you can find a list of the brands on the internet...
some people are vegetarian by fashion and they dont even know that they eat boiled bones and animal lungs every day...in buiscuits, cheese, almost everything anyway...

sometimes when someone get's drunk or they really want to get drunk, they will drink anything....I remember one time on a boat trip I ordered a HUGE glass of vodka and lemon and they gave me bacardi which was FOUL but I drunk it anyway cause I just wanted to be drunk LOL

-
fuite en avant = an escape
thank you, but i couldnt translate it because Mikster has been really subtile in this interview, he is talking about colors, drawing and perspective into art ...and in painting or drawing etc you have un " point de fuite" when you draw or paint to give a perspective to an image, so when he says "FUITE en avant " it's very brilliant because it refers to " the point de fuite" you use when you draw... that's why it was difficult for me...
-
ahhh
i started to translate. xDD
oh well
it was a case of emergency... i did it very quickly , it needed to be done fast..plus I only translated what mika says, you can translate all the rest...

part IV
it's totally weird. honestly i dont understand. It's always an honnor to have a nomination, but frankly i'm totally confused with that one...In the same time it doesnt bother me. It's simple: I write songs for myself and i dont pretend i do it it to help anyone else out there.
I "proceed" things that happen in my life and i try to help myself first !
those who dont understand have absolutely the right. It's because of my classical music practising i guess: there is no lyrics in classical music, or it's in a different language. People sitting in the room all understand something different that the person sitting next to them, it is the FREEDOM of music...

part III
I'm obsessed by the necessity of very strong contrasts to xplain fully all the colors of our lives. Pain is not really pain until it's is not shown in opposition with joy and vice versa. i'm a huge amateur of japanese art (so am I,lol) over all music and animation, for this reason in mangas(japanese cartoons) everything is in the same time evil and pure, all the charachters have an equal measure inside themselves. It is that contrasts that gives so muh strenght to what you're trying to say in a song; you can talk about something really sad and pathetic but also by showing the funny side of it, you give it a perspective that way. Some consider that it is a fuite en avant (lol ,no idea how to translate this) but personally I dont thnk so

partII
it happens that the family of Mika is large:
we have a lot of adopted people in this family (laughs while explaining). there is for example a chinese guy who is 40, we met him in a hotel in Beijing 15 years ago and since that time he is friend with all our family and we help him and he helps us. There is also Bella, who is 87, from spain. there is Raffa who is 60 and comes from Lebanon, there is Regina and all the others, they are always there, in my life.

Translation part I, i only translate what Mika says
when mika is asked if it was to take a position that he included all the outcasts of the the society, big girls, old people and kids in his videos he says:
No!!It's to show where i'm from...frankly. i'm not trying to be inclusive, honestly what you see is my family, my friends , myself, it's absolutely who I am, all the people in th GK video and in the end of love today are members of my family and very close relatives, only 6 people are not, they are dancers we had to use because it was too long for my relatives to stay up on the set from 5 am until midnight, then for 4 hours i called my family....

Different sources, nothing on the official museum site yet though, or maybe I'm not looking properly. This is the site of the museum
Rock Werchter is a Belgian rock festival by the way

Translation
BRUSSEL - Rock Werchter and Bozar are working together next summer. They're inviting pop musicians who are also active as artists.
..........
The summer expo in Bozar is called: It's not only rock-'n-roll and has been created for the 33 years existence of rock werchter. ........
Each of the 20 participants get an own room(!!!!). Other artists include David Bowie, Ron Wood, Mika, Graham Coxon van Blur en Björk.
The initiative comes from rock werchter but the collaboration with bozar isn't finished yet......
The expo also needs performances and unplugged concerts.
Schueremans: 'It would be a shame to not use the venue of Bozar in summer. Pop artists only work in weekends anyway during the festival period.'
