  1. I have a plan... if you guys know exactly when he is going to sing BB, you should start to say the whole "when i first recorded...." before he has even started it...
  2. you will find the answer here http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12821&page=3
  3. Mika said that the duet of his dream would be him+dolly parton..who would you like him to sing with??
  4. NOOK ME i dont really know what it means:naughty: but i like the sound of it... it really rocks:punk:
  5. a cow? you are lucky!...cows are very pretty mammals, especially those ones in cartoons with a daisy in their mouth... kids have no limit and adults have too much rules, choose your camp, NO thank you! I keep being amazed every day how nasty people can be but the way they hate you = the way they hate themselves first, nothing is personal, never, but it's NO excuse...that's only a sad statement, you know who you are...they dont.
  6. I dont know if it has been said before but Mika is apparently facing some problems with the brits production about his live performance...the singer has been talking to some people about how it would be like and the production went mad at him, they said that all the effect of surprise was now gone... Mika said "I didnt know it was a secret, this story is really going too far..." that's always so sad to see that most of the people are always taking things too seriuously...really
  7. *quote yourself because no one else will...plus it's so utterly 80's!" at the grammys... ...while the extremely tall Mika revealed he’s somewhat inspired by prostitutes. “You know a lot of my lyrics are twisted,” he insisted. “I have a song called ‘Love Today’ that four-year-olds sing, but the truth of the matter is it’s about a hooker. I would come across them at three o’clock in the morning coming out of the studio in Miami.” ....the whole xplanation: So if you listen to a song like Love Today”, there's coded little stories in it. One of them's about a hooker, because when I was writing I was working in Miami demoing with a bunch of musicians who were helping me for free and I co-wrote with a woman called Jodie Mark who helped get me some attention, and we'd be borrowing studio time, we'd come back from the studio at 3 in the morning and meet at the corner of 95 which is this highway there. Don't ask me why Miami, it just had to be Miami, and it was during holiday time when I was at the Royal College of Music and I got a student loan out, stayed with friends, it was ridiculous. It took us a year to do four songs, but that's the only reason why I got my deal. And there'd always be hookers and drug dealers because it was kinda rough, and there was always one that never got picked up. So she's in the song, it goes “Carolina sits on 95/ Give her a dollar and she'll make you smile/ Hook her, book her, nook her then walk away, but everybody's gonna love today, gonna love today”. And if you're a kid and you hear that song, you don't hear tha!. “Girl dresses like a kid for fun, she licks her lips like there's something other/ She tries to tell you life has just begun/ So now you know she's getting something other than the love from her mother”. You' don’t get that if you're a kid, but if you're an adult you get it. It's like a cartoon - you take what you want out of it and leave what you don't. Crikey. Like Grease, we never realised how dirty the lyrics are. They're disgusting! It's all about writing lyrics that get around all the (sex thing) like “**** her senseless”: you don't wanna say that, so say “Hook her book her nook her”. power pop...
  8. ...all the time....I find it interesting all the time...there is a time to dance and a time to learn...(but of course that's just ME)
  9. I'd love to... but it's a dream that might never come true hunny * gonna pick you up like a paper cup* etc etc mika writes about taboos you know, what no one is actually expecting to find in a pop song...that's the concept of pop or power pop music actually...clever
  10. Bernie Dodd is a young Broadway director.....one of those directors (like This Simon Cowell who told Mika some years ago he was rubbish at an audition) who can decide of your future existence (or not) into the music industry and that's probably why mika quoted "The Country Girl" : "Last time we talked Mister Dodd you reduced me to tears, I promise you it wont happen again" says Georgie... all the "quotes" in te song GK were recorded by an actress in Los Angeles, using the original microphones from "Fantasia" and "Mary Poppins"
  11. @10000000000 other people ( you forgot like54455667 zero, lol) @penguins, OMG will you ever forgive me for that???I dont think so. Some things just cant be forgiven so i know it 's not a lot and it's a bit too late but: the whole world wants to date you, from Paris to Tokyo; blue boys, skinny girls, big mamas, funny men, careless women; mad penguins, crazy squirrels and antique playmobils adore you, from North to South on the five continents and more!!!
  12. "I need a date" "No one wants to date me" ....*laugh*.....*silence*.....*talk*: well, maybe you need a date but you also need to get realistic man: the whole world wants to date you, from Paris to Tokyo, blue boys, skinny girls, big mamas, funny men, careless women and crazy squirrels adore you, from North to South on the five continents and more!!!
  13. Oh again I'm so sorry, you know, maybe some of you misundertood me because of my bad english etc. And you are 100% right a songwriter to me is someone who writes songs but you can of course have your own interpretation, your own opinion and you can call an apple a strawberry, it's all fine with me, i like to re/invent definitions too...
  14. oh yeah let's crucify each other then...4 of them are/were the most beautiful famous singers to me and one of them is just the most beautiful, the guy is also a ****ing genius, nature is a bit*h sometimes:naughty:
  15. a little bit?? No, it was TOTALLY uncalled for...that's why i wrote what i wrote 5 minutes ago and everything is fine....I've gone to the church and confessed my sin to that priest who was wearing a purple miniskirt. gorgeous.
  16. YEAH! **** the Rules really:punk: (who is that DUMB person who just wanted to discuss songwriting instead of fashion or the crush you have on some singers??silly person really...) I love LOVE that Balenciaga bag that Stacey Salinger was wearing last night and silicon in her lips looks so good on her and I admire her for being so thin at 79, the powerplate is such a great machine really and i think my favourite songwriter of all time is Seth Norton because he is dead gorgeous and wrote his last song after he fell down the stairs of a 23 floors building an his puppy face was all bruised and for 24 hours he has experienced how it was to be ugly and rejected by the society. Grand. I <3 Seth. What?? it has nothing to do with songwriting?Come on! Who cares really ?? Oh btw would you go for the Desperado or the Motorcycle bag model??
  17. *applause* plus get realistic do you really think that they have any time to date each other or anyone else with their over busy shedules honestly?? no,no,no just some bunny action paper cup here and there. nothing more, nothing less.period.

  21. yeah of course it's just an attitude, the guy is such a drag when the cameras are off, what did you expect??
  22. lol, thanks, have you swallowed some of those little pills who look like smarties or sometihng? I LOVE your head line "the color you've never seen before" that's so self confident:roftl: xxxxLover/hated
  23. hey i've just checked your blog and it's really a cool idea:thumb_yello: and if you ever feel like losing self confidence just call me;) and if you ever sing in my area i would be delighted, thank you girl:thumb_yello: keep doing your own special stuff:thumb_yello:
  24. I even went on your myspace and listened to your songs...I'm not a fan of "In any other world" but your version really hit me, sung the way you sing it gives it something really beautiful, that's a very beautiful song that way, the classic chanting shows an all different persepective and lol your from germany, it does make sense now, germans are always so anachronistic...if someday you make a concert let me know i'll be the first to come:thumb_yello:
  25. ROSEDEWITT, your version of GK = WOW...that's amazing!!It's SO...I dont know...so ANACHRONISTIC, really, it's like "18th century meets 21st"
