haha omg that sounds like me! in the past i've texted people with really cryptic and mysterious messages so they call to me to ask wtf i'm talking about! heehee :teehee:and i sit in class waiting for a call just so the whole class has to listen to my ring tone (it's 'ring ring' at the mo in case you're wondering!) which is extra funny as everybody in my class hates Mika (i know, they're all crazy!) lots o' luv :-D x

you know you're a Mika fan when...

you pre-order the Songs For Sorrow EP/book on the day it becomes available to order, then weeks later, on the day you get your shipping confirmation email, you buy the book at the London gig, and the limited edition tour poster, and 2 sets of the badges for your bag which means you end up spending £40 on mika merchandise (also meaning you couldn't afford a t-shirt!)

but... (and this is when you really know you are a true fan) you don't even care how much it all cost, and you would gladly do it again :-D x

yaaaaaay i just got back to the Isle of Man this morning and the book was here waiting for me! i got sooooo annoyed and frustrated at the Sadler's Wells gig because they were selling the books and i wanted mine there and then! never mind, i have it now, and it was definitely worth waiting for! such beautiful illustrations, i just adore it already! :-D x

aaaggggghhhhhh i am SOOOOOOOOOOOO excited about the gig tomorrow!!! woooop i'm getting the train down from Coventry to London at lunchtime and i quite literally cannot wait!!!! even my sister (who's coming with me) is getting really excited as well! yaaaay :-D x

aaagggghhhh all this suspense is driving me mad! what are the damn codes for already!!! plus i'm really starting to panic:shocked:, sandbag said the tickets should arrive at least 2 weeks before the gig, and now it is lesss than two weeks and i still have NO tickets!!! and i'm going away next week to the UK to see my family and for the gig, so obviously i'm panicking that they will arrive whilst i'm in the UK which will kind of ruin things! come on Mr Mika, give us a clue!!!

ok so Zsina told me to post this on the thread. i drew this little illustration of mika yesterday with the guidebook in mind, (but if you don't want to use it that's fine. note: i think the eyes may be a little off at the mo, i will probs be able to fix them though if you think they need fixing) she suggested i post it here so people could suggest a place for it in the book. wooooooop! i actually am gonna get to see mika play!!! i stayed awake most of last night trying to devise a way to go and see the london gig, then rang my sister at 7am this mornin begging her to go with me. she agreed then i begged my parents to let me go. an... success! they are buying me the tickets as a birthday present (it's my 18th on the 31st of May) and i will be in the UK on the 8th anyway so all i have to do is get the train down from Coventry to London with my sister! yaaay i can barely contain my excitement! tickets are booked and paid for woopwoop! :-D

noooooooooooooo but i'm at college at noon tomorrow! there is no wi-fi and i will have no chance to go and check the MFC (i'm not even sure if i can access it at college:boxed:) ooooooohhhh what am i going to do!!! *sobs quietly in a corner* :-(

Didn't Mika say that he's producing a book with Da Wack, to come out either before, or when, the album comes out? I would wait to buy his official book. For one thing, unoficial stuff means Mika looses out and someone else gets the money. Also, Mika and Da Wack would produce a far better product than anyone else could.

OMG i have spent the day flicking through the pix and the reports etc, watched all the vids and... WOW! words cannot describe how excited i am for this new album! the songs sound amazing! i literally cannot wait:roftl: the Mikanator truly is a genius :-D x

he's never been to the Isle of Man! and he really should come and visit it! i bet he'd like it here! lot's of beautiful landscapes and lots of brilliant myths and legends! there's this perfect venue he could play as well! we've had lots of other famous bands/singers etc over here and every time i visit this venue i'm like, 'why can't Mika come here!' i hope he will one day,

If you take the train from Belfast to Dublin, when you get off in Dublin you just walk out of the station you are just minutes away from The Academy.

You're probably closer than us UKers. My cousin used to sail his boat from Howth Head to thte Isle Of Man regularly.

And my mum first met my dad on the Isle of Man, she being from Dublin and him being from Rochdale!

wow that's so cool i suppose you're right, though to be honest the boats go to Dublin, belfast, Liverpool and heysham (in lancaster) so if i go to the uk i'll probs have further to go to reach the gig :-D xxx
