ha i think the 'shamrock' has indeed been achieved! i know i don't live in Ireland but living in the Isle of Man this is fabbbydoodaa news for me as well because i can just hop on the boat over from Douglas to Dublin!!! wwwhhhheeeeee! i absolutely cannot wait!!! will (hopefully!!!) see you all soon my irish lovelies! :-D

There are ways to integrate Twitter with his blog and Facebook so it could end up being less work for him in the long run.

He could update it all the time without any extra effort.

i totally agree, i added the twitter widget to my (and my cousins, that i sneak onto) facebook and myspace pages, it's so much easier to keep track of everything :-D x

right now this very second i am listening to 'that's what you get' by paramore, i am sneaking around on my cousin's myspace page updating stuff and surfing the MFC :-D xxx

Don't you think that the fact that he likes Mika's music and that they are similar means that he's trying to be like him? I can tell that his music is not at all like Mika's but I'm scared that everyone will start comparing him to Mika too much. Apart from the hair they're not that similar are they?

Today I was in a shop with my friend when the video for wake up came on and my friend said "He reminds me of Mika with the colours and everything." I wanted to scream because it's so frustrating that he is compared to someone with a completely different style. Mika is Mika and that's it.

i agree! they are only similar in the way they look/dress, that's pretty much where the similarities end! he definitely doesn't sound anything like Mika, i can understand why you're annoyed, it's weird for him to be compared so easily. i showed Sliimy's myspace page to my cousin (who is also a Mika fan) and the first thing she said was, 'oh he looks just like Mika!' i wouldn't worry, it will probably only happen a lot more! :-D

you know you're a Mika fan when...

every time your in a music shop and you see his CD for sale you pause and genuinely consider buying it (despite the fact you already have it at home, as well as all of the singles!)

every time you find his album in a stack of CD's (also when in a shop) you surreptitiously move it to the very front so that everyone can see it!

every time you're in a shop and you see that his album is reduced in a sale you stop and stare in horror, and very nearly ask someone (that works there) just why they think his album should be reduced when it is by far the best album ever!

every time you're out somewhere and one of his songs comes on, you give a little squeal of joy and point out to whoever you're with that 'it's Mika!!!'

and then you hiss 'shut up' at them whenever they try to speak during the song!
