  1. Okay, it seems that 5 Seconds Of Summer are playing at The Voice Italy finale tonight, and Mika is going to be there too.

Not sure why he is there, but their singer Ashton said they would probably be meeting him there. I got the feeling he may be performing.

Could be Stardust, or maybe the new single.

So I guess anyone watching The Voice in Italy can tell us.

Maybe they are going to ask him to do the voice in italy next year too:mf_rosetinted:

  2. Some hope at last! If Mika could get played on Radio One, he could have a hit again!

I wouldn't mind what language the song was in, if it could be a hit in the UK!

I'd prefer it to be in English though, but at least I feel better now. I can look forward to tomorrow.

Scott Mills is a good person to have as a fan. Let's hope that it pays off for Mika.

Most radio stations don't play Mika's songs in English, so i doubt very much there will play this if it is in french as rumours are saying :(

  3. Well i have never been interested in french songs/artists, never been interested in Mika singing in french, or any other language, so i just wont bother with it,if this is what he meant at that swatch party, about lots of new things happening/ coming out this year, its really disappointing for fans who don't live in france/italy, i'm not sure he even wants fans around the world anymore, it sure don't feel like it of late.

So i'll take a back seat and wait for an English song should there ever be one:shocked:

  4. :mikadas:

We are all aware of the fact that if he does not make money with his music, he will lose his international record deal? He is fortunate that he signed for 5 albums as they usually only do contracts for 3 albums. But if this new album and the one after that fail to have any impact, I guess we'll have to do with X-Factor and the Voice.

Well his music isn't his priority now, doing these shows has put millions in the bank for him, so no rush for him now.:sneaky2: he doesn't seem to be giving much time to the album either, maybe he's just doing an album to fulfill his contract, who knows? NOT US :aah::teehee:

    Maybe 2016 for the album??????

The thing is I can see these shows as his future, to sustain his lifestyle when he has his family, no need to tour the world keeping him from home for long periods of time.

I hope I'm wrong, I want some acoustic gigs pronto :wink2:

He can stay home and write a musical instead:wink2:

  5. I watched the gig on streamlihe, as I had no intentions of going too many bad memories of Compiegne :( and knew it would be bad :(

Its the first time in all the gigs I gave been too and watched on line, that I can say I was bored:shocked:

I don't know if it was the fact the you couldn't hear the crowd at all, or it was that it was the same old songs in the same order, it wasn't mika at his best, you could tell he had been off the scene for a long time, neglecting his music:wink2:

I think we are so ready for new music, he needs to ditch BG, BB,SITM, BIOTG, but keep Relax, Grace Kelly and Happy Ending, and maybe put Any Other World into the mix, its definitely a tired looking show now,

Here's hoping for something good sooooooon :crossed:

But I'm not holding my breath:teehee:

  6. They say that Mika's father is one of the co-producer of Salma Hayek's project about "The Prophet" from Khalil Gibran, so when she heard about that, she contacted Mika and he agreed to come 2 days in Cannes to support her.

Thank you for that information, I wasn't aware Mika's dad was into producing, very interesting:thumb_yello:

  7. When he tweets he is on plane to somewhere, does he want fans waiting at the airport, I don't think so!

When he tweets he is in Hyde Park, does he want fans to turn up there, I don't think so!

When he tweets picture's of him having a barbecue at home, does it mean he wants fans to turn up at his door, I don't think so!

So I don't see this tweet about the secret gig for Swatch, to be any different.

In my opinion he is letting us know what he his doing, which is nice, but not an open invitation to turn up where ever he is :thumb_yello: but as I said that is my personal opinion:wink2:
