    Do you think it is allowed to make pictures (without flash) ? The printed text on the tickets is standard. Helen doesn't know. I think I will bring my digital camera anyway

    Good news: No problem, we’ll arrange for them to be reissued for you to collect from the venue box office. There will be a Sandbag ticket desk set up from 7pm and you will need to go there and show your order confirmation e-mail and photo ID. I can confirm that you will still have the same seats!     I had a form too because I was working. But Tuesday is very close and my postoffice closes at 17 and I have to work untill 16.... I have emailed Helen for the duplicate tickets because I am very scared I won't make it on time at the postoffice. Maybe I will try to collect them tomorrow. Maybe they already got them.... At least I can try
