    :bye:

  2. So he already bought a house in Milan??! :aah:

Now he needs to make money, I bet he will need to buy a house in Paris for when he´ll be doing The Voice there.

The cover is pretty, IMO even prettier than the TOOL one. I´m not sure if I´m going to buy it... not at this moment, that´s for sure, since there aren´t any new songs, but I think it´s obviously a great idea, it makes money, so it´s good.

I liked much more the Mika who was more interested in make music than money, but hey... time changes. I´d like it could get a great position at charts, I think it would influence countries as Spain, for instance.

  3. I love the pics from this show but I gotta agree I thought the performance was not very good...they seemed out of sync and not very compatible, esp in the chorus :( glad I didn't wait up for it :teehee:

YOU DIDN´T WAIT UP FOR IT!!!!:shocked:

You´ll go to hell, you know it, right? :mf_rosetinted:

    You would hope :aah:

But really I still stand behind my point, I guess "annoying" is not a good example of what I mean. But people think that the most ordinary things their children do are extraordinary. I think one would be a pretty crap mother if they didn't show enthusiasm for the things their children do even if they are the same things every other kid on the planet does (learning to walk, saying their first words, etc.)

My son is as annoying as a kid can be, I think he´s not good at maths, his language skills are zero, his ears are too big, and he is shy enough as to look unkind sometimes. LOL Which kind of mother am I? :lmfao:

Still I love him, huh? don´t think I don´t... but I´m not blind and I f*cking hate people who think their kids are mega ultra clever just cause they can say "ornitorrinco" at the age of two :o)

  4. Jesus, what a performance :aah:

And not in a good way... I mean... He spent like 20 hours in a plane for this performance, and I don´t know... I kinda expected something "more". I don´t find his "touch" at all in the vid. I´m not going to mention the sound again, as I´ve read you already did, and maybe that was a handicap, but... In my opinion, Mika wasn´t at his best, and Ariana totally f*cked it up:teehee:

Seriously... what´s wrong with this woman? Her voice is annoying, and the way she uses it, it´s even more annoying. I´ve always had hopes in Mika´s US career, but somehow it seems it´s farer each day.

    Time runs, Mika...

Do I need to mention it´s just MY opinion??? To any Ariana fan, I´m sorry.

  5. Jesus... I think I´ve been away this forum for way too long. Not only I have 9375375375589735375298572893752389572895723897524375 new threads to read but I also forgot how the threads are called so I dunno wheretf I should look for things.

And for those trying to make fun of me: no, I´m not old, beyotches :mf_rosetinted:

  6. i found it interesting that while your post made me think about what *i* would say if i was on those pictures, i noticed that indeed the kind of photos and what is written next to them would make the difference for me whether i'd find it ok or not. seriously, if it was good pictures (i.e. not embarrassing) and the article was positive, i wouldn't mind pap pictures of myself on my beach holiday. especially if it supported my goals, for example gaining more recognition and clients for my own enterprise. sure, i can only speak for myself here, not for mika. and of course i do see the problem that often pap pictures ARE embarrassing and they DO come with articles that scream "scandal!"... no one wants that, except some celebs who arrange things like that to keep the media interested in them. from what i know, paps aren't per se a pain in the a** of any celeb, but many celebs use them for their purposes.

but yes, the problem with paps and especially tabloids is that you can hardly control them. if they think your time as a celeb is over, or you annoyed them in any way, they can kill your career faster than they helped it start. i'm glad mika doesn't depend on paps and tabloids. and if we can help that it stays this way by not spreading such pictures, then i understand the argument that even if it was ok for mika we shouldn't do it. :thumb_yello:

I think the issue here is: is Mika a celebrity? I rather consider him an artist... And artists like to be known by their jobs rather than by their hols with family/friends.

  7. I´m maybe late, but I share the common sense showed here. No way should MFC post those pics. Since the very beginning this forum has been respectful and I think it should continue this way (even more knowing who owns the site) so as it´s been told, the net is a very big place where you can find any gossip at any time and as an MFCer I think I rather have the name of his only official fanclub out of this gossip.

  8. Hola!!!

    :huglove:

  9. OH MY GOD. IT'S ALL STARTING AGAIN!

MIKA IS DOING THE BEST FOR HIS CAREER AND YOU ARE ALL CRITICISING HIM. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, YOU ARE HATERS!!

Ok. Notice the sarcasm, please. Supporting Mika or any singer goes beyond kissing the floor he walks on. I'm going to buy his albums, I'm going to pay for his gigs, and I'm going to keep on talking to my friends about the amazing singer/writer he is. Sadly I'm running out of proofs to show I'm right. And when I'll try to explain that he IS different, people will look at me and will say "different? How? He's doing the exact same thing than the rest". So I'll just down my head and will shut the **** up.

:aah:

  11. Thank you so much to all of the people worrying about this tragedy. There are already more than 80 killed and still many of the rest are still in the hospital. Thanks for caring.

    Hola!

:huglove:

  12. Mika can write a column about whatever sh*t he wants to, of course... but just because it is written by him it doesn´t mean it´s going to be interesting :aah:

There must be like 8934758937589327589375893475 things he could give us a personal opinion about. Or as it has been pointed, he had some issues not that far ago about internet privacy. Mika himself posted on Facebook about the harassment Christine has talked about. He could have made it something personal, but it just seems he´s been watching the news lately and decided to gather some general aspects about it and put all them together in a column.

Anyway, probably he´s busy multitasking a lot with gigs and X Factor auditions and stuff these days, so... I hope he will go back to some really interesting subjects soon.

  13. well, better speak out if it's gonna explode in your mind:naughty:

I´m not the "keeping things for myself" kind... I just can´t see any of his creativity here, and I´m here for that, his creativity, his music... but his opinion in such a boring subject.... :aah: oh well... I don´t know... In my opinion (funny how we need to make it clear everytime we disagree, as if other times I was talking in someone else´s opinion... pfffff) this doesn´t add anything. I don´t see the link between Mika as an artist and this column, but hey! it must be me :teehee:

I´ll wait for the English version to see if it has any hidden aspect that will make me all fangurl over it :mf_rosetinted:

  14. The other thing that I would like reps to think about is whether (bearing in mind Mika's recent message) the reps should have a role in looking out for bullying/intimidation in their national threads. Obviously as we are not Mods I am not suggesting we should police the threads, just that maybe we could notify a Mod if someone's posts were getting too harsh/aggressive?

What do you think? Is this something World Reps should take on?

I already needed to contact mods once for something similar.
