  1. It doesn't seem to have picked up Rose's post..... Glad to hear you had such a great time Rose. I really, really wanted to be able to go to this gig but it just wasn't possible. It is driving me nuts hearing about all the shows... But I know that I have to be patient. I just worry that London will be different with being a seated theatre ...... I want it to be as amazing as all the other shows with all the props etc.

Thanks everyone for all of the reviews, pic and videos.

Not sure the caravan will survive to the end. It seems to be falling apart. :teehee: A large piece of the front of it fell off during the show. Just as well Mika wasn't standing in front of it at the time.

    :tears:

We were only saying yesterday how well his voice was holding up. He was certainly on top form in Madrid.

So sorry for the fans, especially all those seeing it for the first time. :huglove:

  3. What an amazing night!

One of the best gigs I've been to. The set is beautiful, the setlist last night was just perfect for me and Mika's energy is astounding. When I saw the periscope clip yesterday afternoon I did wonder if he'd got the energy for another show.

We decided to queue yesterday as we wanted to see our first show from

front row. We were standing in front of the caravan and it was well worth the long and sometimes wet day.

After the show we waited to see him. I think we waited about an hour when the security guys came and put barriers up. Everyone was well behaved and quiet. A few minutes later Mika's car drove out, he got out and walked along the barrier, he signed a few things but didn't talk. All very civilised as it should be and everyone got a chance to see him.

Tonight we go to Brussels where we have seats and I'm looking forward to enjoying the show from a different perspective.

  4. I had been thinking of going to this pub for drinks before the gig because it's quite large and right behind the venue.

Link doesn't seem to be working at the moment but you can find info here as well:

I think I might feel right at home there.  :thumb_yello:

  5. I hope everyone who is planning to attend this show has RSVP'd to our calendar HERE: http://www.mikafanclub.com/calendar/event/819-adelphi-theatre-london/

We're thinking it might be nice to arrange a get-together before the gig -- there are too many of us to do a dinner, but maybe we can do a cocktail hour, with snacks somewhere. I'd like to have a better count. Currently we're at 88 MFCers, but I know of at least 5 others who haven't added their names to the list. Anyone else? I think we're going to be right around 100! Can't wait to see you all! :excite:

    That sounds great :thumb_yello:

  6. If I were six foot tall, I would probably be okay with a few rows back, but being five foot,  and usually getting stuck behind way taller people than myself, is my main reason for attempting front row.

And since everyone and their mother at concerts these days have their arms up with cameras and phones, taking pics and videos, doesn't make it any easier.

    Same here Rose. :teehee:

Mika would save us a lot of stress and argument if he just performed at seated venues..... or maybe not. :wink2:
