  1. Could someone please explain what exactly they mean by this?

*This is a pre-order for the UK version of the album. The album can be ordered internationally using this link but tracklists may vary. Orders will be posted out 08/10/12.

Does it mean that everyone who pre-orders TOOL from mikasounds will get their album no earlier than in October and it doesn't matter that they are from the 'rest of world' (where the release date is in September)? I am lost, don't know what to do :aah:

  2. Nevermind, I guess he was just inspired by one of Michel Gondry's mermaid Levi's ads for Under Water or something. That's too bad, would've been so cool if he would direct the music video or something, sigh...

Don't know if this is a fresher bio or not?

I made a thread about it a few weeks ago :thumb_yello:

  3. And what they say about the video created with Dita??

The video with Dita was mentioned on Mika's new biography I posted some time ago. I don't think there is any more info about that :dunno:

If Celebrate is The Origin of Love at its most straight-up dance-pop, Lola is the acoustic-driven Fleetwood Mac-inspired flipside given free reign. On the oldest profession in the world he is a tender and empathetic. The driving, strummed rhythm has been recently complemented by a Youtube clip fashioned with the burlesque artist, Dita Von Teese.
  4. OK, who is Sergio Kletnoy? I'm jealous of him!:sneaky2:

Been playing @mikasounds' new album "The Origin Of Love" on repeat for two days. Perfection, one of the best pop albums of the year!

    And he tweeted more..

Can't reveal 2 much about Mika's album, BUT, it's a pop masterpiece, it's fun & a brill mix of great melodies, hooks, anthems & ballads.

My fave song from Mika's new album is "Stardust", about a relationship that did not reach it's full potential, an uptempo love song. BEYOND!

"Overrated" is the ultimate Mika tune, intense vocals & electric beats, that build up & explode like an orgasm... Can't stop singing... LUV!

    I'll say 1 last thing, I wasn't expecting Mika's "Origin Of Love" 2 be THIS good, every song tells a story, it's sort of a "coming-out" ;-)

  5. The logo is still on his website though so I thought he would use it. I think it's a really good and versatile logo and could fit in with a new image. I think he should keep it.

I forgot about mikasounds.com existence  Hmm, yes the logo is still there. Well, we don't know if this is the finished album cover, maybe he will use the logo somewhere, I don't know :dunno:

it says : I WANT COLORFUL ARTWORKS :mf_rosetinted:

You have two other albums for that :naughty:

By the way, I love your siggy :teehee:

  6. WOW 3hrs ago !! Thank a lot !! :huglove:

    :huglove:

Aw the blobs say Mika! :naughty: I adore Mika's profile so I like it. Really surprised his logo is gone though. And something seems to be missing. There is no border (either actual or partly implied) to make it look like an album cover, physically speaking. I'm not sure how effective the gold bits are going to be since most people will see a little square on iTunes or wherever instead of an actual CD in the shops.

I've noticed "Mika" too! Also I've tried to read what is written at the beginning, but I guess it's just some random blobs :naughty: About the logo, I'm not surprised it's gone. It seems like Mika wants to get away from everything related to his previous albums..

  7. Not sure if It should relieve everyon BUT on the Mika's French Wikipedia Page, they already talked about something similar for "Relax" :

"On retrouve sur ce titre la mélodie d'(I Just) Died in Your Arms de Cutting Crew, ainsi que l'introduction et la mélodie du fameux Spacer de Sheila & B.Devotion." (In short, the song Relax'd have the same melody as (I just) Died in Your Arms and have the same intro + melody as Sheila's "Spacer").

It's the first time I read something like this. It can't be true! :mf_rosetinted:
