And then I did receive an email from TicketOne obout the gig of the 29th in Milano. That's just 1 of the ticket I cannot get through the refund procedure!

Thanks ! I did receive an email from TicketOne confirming that "the requested refund has been entered and that I should visit their FAQ to find info and answers to my questions" 
So, I don't really trust their answer!
 

I also got an email back from assistenza@friendsandpartners.it => I had to send them the 3 concerned  tickets. Waiting for their action.

Anyway, the refund procedures are quite unclear as I don't know for which tickets the procedure are confirmed  or not (I didn't get confirmation emails for all my procedures - 21 tickets in total ...).
And I'll loose a lot of money with all the extra fees not being reimbursed  (without thinking of the plane tickets <=> not refundable with Ryanair).

Yesterday, I completed the procedures to get all my tickets to be refunded. Took me a lot of time.

Except that I have 3 tickets than cannot be refunded as I get the following message :

I just sent an email to assistenza@friendsandpartners.it to get their assistance since the refund has to be done before the 7th of September.

I case someone else has the same problem, please don't hesitate to let me know how you could solve the situation!

Many thanks for the infos regarding how to get these 2 codes when you have e-ticket!
I now understand where I could get these codes needed for the "changing names" operation as well... I had tried many times to do this operation for the tickets I sold to other fans, but never succeeded probably bc I couldn't get the correct codes!!. 
Will do that later this evening.
Concerning the Arena, do we have to confirm our tickets (hoping we will keep the same seats!?) as it is said in the email received? Or just don't do anything like @dcdebwrote on the beginning of the topic?

I also have an extra standing ticket for the Sunday gig in London (I bought it in dubble).

I still don't have the ticket but when I asked TicketMaster and Roundhouse about my ticket, Roundhouse confirmed me by email this morning the following :

"We send out digital tickets purchased through external agents such as Ticketmaster once we receive the customer lists from them. Our time-frame for sending out tickets purchased directly through ourselves is 48 hours before the show, however, tickets purchased through Ticketmaster usually arrive on the day of the event before 5pm.
Please rest assured if you do have any problems accessing your tickets on the day, we will be able to locate your order on our system and reprint out your tickets at our Box Office, as we will have their customer list by then.
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please do come back to us."

So, I'll be able to transfer the ticket before the show, for sure!
