You're lucky, we can't read your mind, not even the whisperer. :wink2:

That's how I get away every time! :teehee:

You don't believe it: I'm just playing Quiz Planet and I just had the question:

How many muscles are there in the human tongue? :lmfao:

    48

    24

    8

    72

    What do you think? :original:

    I got it right. :glasses:

    Ah. Medic report...

    Virus name: MHPJ-1983

    Commonly known as: MIKA

Affects: anyone in aural, visual, or physical contact. Repeat, anyone.

Effects: those affected display random bursts of intense emotion, including (but not limited to) happiness, joy, hope, love, peace, laughter, dancing and singing. Some heartbreak, crying and wistfulness. Note: perceived negative emotions tend to be brief and interspersed with positivity.

    Withdrawal symptoms: longing, emptiness, depression.

Cure: NO KNOWN CURE.  Situation is complicated by the fact that none of the affected wish to be 'cured'.

Note: Some phobics have displayed strong resistance, however this potential line of research is permanently rejected on the grounds of them being brainless inhuman idiots.

Treatment: maintenance only. Recommend frequent, sustained exposure to Mika by any means possible. In short - STAY HIGH!

Okay, I'm gonna confess it now: I caught this virus! And I'm "suffering" from it already for 14 years.:naughty: No cure needed tho. I am enjoying it. :lol3:

Thanks, great to hear from you!

Basically, the job involves writing content for different company's websites, mainly to help them with marketing.  It's only part-time at the moment but I hope I will be able to progress to full-time at some point.

Hope you're getting on well with your studies and work as well xx

Ah nice! Sounds like a responsible thing to do!

So I keep my fingers crossed for you that you will be able to do it full-time soon. :original:

Yeah well, I'm stressed as always. :lol3: But it all went well with studying online. :wink2: I prefer it to presence lessons. :teehee:

Hi guys, I haven't been active on this thread in a while, but I'm glad to see that everyone is doing well :original:

A few months ago I started a new job as a freelance content writer.  I'm enjoying this so far and was so glad that I got the job, having been made redundant from my last one in November.

Things are still difficult here in the UK, but we're making progress.  I have registered for my first vaccine dose so should hopefully get it in the next few weeks.

Glad to hear you're fine!

The most important thing is to have a job you like. What are you doing there exactly? Is it for a newspaper or something else?

I know you've always been into writing. :biggrin2:

    Stay safe xxx

    Hello!

I've been doing well thank you   And thanks! My nephew has been born at the beginning of May and he is just the cutest. :wub2:  Congrats to you too on becoming an aunt, I can tell you: it's amazing! :biggrin2:

It's understandable you decided to do that, it's the best decision. Better be safe

Meanwhile life is just going on as usual here, staying home as much as I can :lmfao: I'm very grateful I have a job where I can work outside. Nothing really changed for me workwise, I only got more work, but I'm not complaining about that! (I work as a postwoman). Now I'm waiting to receive my invitation to get my vaccination, wich I hope will be somewhere this month. :)

I hope everyone is doing well!

    Heeeey

Yeah being an aunt is amazing! I have two - a  niece and a nephew and I love them just so much. :wub2:

For me also nothing has changed so far. :original: I work from home and went on studying for my 2nd state exam in law. So I can say I'm quite busy and actually happy that I don't have any appointments to make! :lol3:

The vaccines are quite rare here in Germany, at least if you want to get Biontech.
