  1. What about Russian? It`s as hard as Japanese, so come on, here`s a challenge for the brave ones!

You can start from most important words of politeness:

    hi - privet ( informal, "pri'vet")

good morning - dobroye utro ['dobroye ['utro]

    thank you - spasibo [spa'sibo]

bye, goodbye - do svidaniya [do svi'daniya]

  2. That's exactly what happend to me. I met the man first, through television, then his work. Someone claims that that makes me a worse fan than people who like him since ages, but I don't think so.

I'm happy French coaches are nice to him, that was fun to read (I can't watch the video since I'm at work .... ). I love to be aware of every little story about him, I care a lot about his daily life.

Don`t worry about that. Lots of fans, lots of opinions....

Someone can call me a "bad fan" because I`m not interested in The Voice and XF much.....

It doesn`t matter how you discovered Mika. You are free to choose what to follow - whether it is XFactor Italy, live shows or The Voice. It`s just one part of Mika`s versatile talent. So , welcome.

  3. I won't be surprised! :mf_rosetinted:

Btw, what a interesting colour has his suit!

Anyway, poor Mika.. after looking so tited lately, he continues with all those interviews, taking into account the 5 show of X-Factor!

I like the colour, don`t you? Khaki can be easily combined with other elegant colours to create defiant, unusual but classy look.

( I have lots of green-khaki clothes, I like how they go together with brown boots)

  4. I think this won't be possible. He is the guest in an italian radio and if I'm not wrong in a TV as well, then in the eveningthe XF live and Saturday another audition for "The Voice" and he has next weeK full of events...I'm tired just to think in all his work :sweatdrop:

Yes, this schedule is insane ....

(If so, I hope Mika allows himself a little tipsy evening after these crazy weeks are over :teehee:)

  5. Sorry but we can't film, it will be broadcast on TV next year.

I'm a Queen fan but not fan of this emotionless performance of one of my favorite song  The coaches were like kids on a playground at that time but but criticize candidates for not putting enough their heart on their sleeves.

    OK, thanks....

I`m a Queen fan too.... but if you say it `s not worth seeing - I give it up.

  6. :thumb_yello: Thanks a lot for this early link - to you, and to all the others MFCers, posting info about this latest MIKA masterpiece: the Swatch watch!! :huglove: I've been away, but today I finally had the opportunity to make a call to several stores about it. And hurrey!! At one I was lucky - they did some research for me, and after a while I got a phonecall back, that they will get ONE from the limited edition, and I'll have it sent to my adr.!!:aah: They will call me back as soon as they get it in store, today they didn't know the date. Do I need to say I'm REALLY happy !? :teehee: Seven has always been my lucky no. when it comes to MIKA - and today it's exactly 6 years since I saw him live in concert for the first time: 07.11.07 - so today it was again my lucky date!! :mikadas:

I do hope that everyone who wants it, succeed in your search for the right one, in shops and online. GOOD LUCK !!! :wub2:

    Love,love

    me

:thumb_yello::thumb_yello: So I`m sure you`ll get your anniversary Swatch prize soon! Lucky you:mikalove:

  7. My wrist tends to be too big for most watches. It swells if anything remotely tight is on it. So I think the Swatch strap will be better, more comfortable, for me.

Marilyn you convinced me! ( with your previous posts too)

I`ll buy the blue one if I have a chance.

If my boss doesn`t pay me a New Year bonus, I`m starting the letter : "Dear Santa......" :newyear:

  8. I`m too lazy to quote Christine and Deb, so I just say this : I agree with you ladies:thumb_yello:

These watches are not wearable for many of us, Oldlings)).... But on the other hand, if ( when) I go to a Mika`s gig - I MUST be wearing them, for sure. It`s for a special occasion.

The watch looks exactly like I predicted ( I`m a highly competent mikafan, you see :wink2:), it`s typical mika-design, where TBWKTM meets his overall creativity.

I think, this is how Mika fulfils his need, sympathy and appetite for creativity. This is such a big part of him. He`s the Renaissance Man.
