    It have been 3 years in between 3 out of 4 of his official albums. Does anyone think he will release one this year, or is he completely done with producing music? And in that case, what does his record company think of that? And if he releases an album, the record label do require him to do some concerts right? Saw on of MIKAs episodes from his italian TV show 'Casa Mika' or something that he said he was a former 'music artist' in one of the Taxi driver episodes.

     

    Would appreciate any kinds of answers to these questions.

     Mika is currently writing and recording his next album, but he said he would release EPs first before the full album.
     The concerts will certainly follow afterwards!

     

    He's right on schedule as you calculated! :biggrin2:

     I think Andy should do a lot more of his clips; he has a different eye that makes all the images beautiful!

     

    I'm not used to finding Mika sexy or hot but in this video I find him!

    I saw you put Françoise Hardy's interview on Twitter, I didn't dare post it on Mika France, but I agree with her. The level (with a few exceptions) is not very good this year.  :teehee:

    And I agree with the article when Mika said to make a choice between pop and rap, why not both?

    And about the choice of the songs, yes for sure, the contestants don't chose their songs...

    And this the beginning of the end... All the originality we can see in the blind auditions disappears little by little....

     

    I'm so disappointed with this game show that I didn't watch yesterday.
     If I want to see a variety show I watch one and not one that normally discovers talent. There almost everything is played in advance with people who have been singing for years and who already make records and concerts!

     

    So that' s why my favorite was Luca, by far!

    Casanova a bien fait de s’accrocher ! Deux ans après son premier passage sur la scène de "The Voice", le chanteur corse s’est de nouveau présenté au concours et a intégré l’équipe de Zazie avant de changer de team lors des auditions finales.

    Entre Casanova et The Voice, c’est une grande histoire d’amour… Et de persévérance. Le chanteur s’était déjà présenté sur la scène de The Voice 5 en 2016. Malheureusement, aucun coach ne s’était retourné sur sa reprise d’Amsterdam de Jacques Brel en version corse.

    Mais les chaleureux encouragements de Mika lui ont donné de l’espoir et la conviction qu’il fallait qu’il persévère. Il a même abandonné son métier pour se lancer dans la musique. "Après les auditions, j’ai eu une révélation. Ça m’a permis de savoir que je voulais faire ce métier. J’ai quitté mon métier de pompier pour chanter. J’ai rejoint une école de musique, à Nancy, où je suis encore cette année. J’ai voulu mettre toutes les chances de mon côté pour essayer de vivre de ma passion. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix.", révélait l’artiste en exclusivité à MYTF1.

    Résultat, deux ans de travail et de cours de chant plus tard, il a fait sensation aux auditions à l’aveugle, notamment auprès de Zazie et Florent Pagny. Casanova a interprété Je serai là de Slimane, en hommage à sa mère et sa grand-mère. Est-ce que le morceau du grand gagnant de la saison 5 lui a porté chance ? Quoi qu’il en soit, il devait encore faire ses preuves lors des auditions finales. Opposé Gulaan et Norig, il a été sauvé à la dernière minute par Mika ! Un vrai ascenseur émotionnel pour le chanteur de 24 ans, qui venait de voir ses deux autres camarades se qualifier pour les duels. Comme quoi, il ne faut jamais s’avouer vaincu dans The Voice.
