It has been a really great concert! 

I have seen the show in Brussels two days before and so I was very happy to hear his moderation in English. I don't speak French at all. 

Well, I also was very happy to hear Origin of Love, for it's one of my favorites! 

Otherwise I would have been happy, if he did Cest la Vie. 

I also would have like to join your meeting in the bar the night before, but I arrived very late. I guess I am too old for so much party, it was really a challenge for me to be there in the afternoon before the show. 😂

But that was worth it, we had the opportunity to enjoy the concert in the front. 👍

I wondered why they started really late. The Tickets said start 8 pm. It was almost 9 pm. But I guess that is a German thing, I am ashamed to say that. 

The stage of Vorst National is bigger than the Tempodrom, so the show was a little different. There was no curtain with the light effects in the beginning and as I remember there were more effects during the whole show in Brussels. Plus one song less in Berlin. 

But so I can be happy that I have seen two almost different shows. 🥰

I loved the gig, of course.  too tired to write a review now, but that'll follow. Bougez was completely in English this time, and he changed the lyrics again, compared to Amsterdam. But I'm so happy that he sang Jane Birkin! I hope the audience reaction was good enough for him to keep it on the setlist.

 

 

Someone said they spoke with Andy after the show, that he was near the Merch stand. Unfortunately I didn't see him. Would have loved to say Hi. I was trying to get out fast because it felt so narrow and crowded on the way from the standing pit to the exit. I didn't even see the merch stand on my way out.

It is a shame that the Germans didn't write anything after the show. I searched through the whole newspaper channel I am following.

I just got an email that the concert in Berlin will not take place in the Huxleys, but in the Tempodrom. 

I hope I can cancel my hotel room without extra costs. 🙈

But still looking forward to it. Especially because I will see the concert in Brussels 2 days before it..

Btw, my fave part of the show is still when he stands right in front of me, or when he does Happy Ending off-mic, his talking or his dancing for different songs. All the props, rainbow, balloons, flying piano, inflatable heart, etc. are nice and beautiful but not necessary - I wasn't sure after London, but all I need on a stage is him and his music, and the magic he creates.  I feel though that it does something with him, it's a different feeling the big vs small show. Not better or worse, just different. Though I do prefer one stage where he often is close when I'm in the front vs this catwalk thing where for parts of the show he's very far away. It does give more people the chance to be close to him though, so from the point of view of someone who doesn't like queueing all day, I guess it's better this way.

@Martyna if you have a seated ticket, and as far as I know it's numbered /assigned places, you can arrive half an hour before the show starts, or about the time when the doors open, if you want to see the support act, put your coat to the cloakroom, buy some drinks and merch, etc.. Those queueing for hours (midnight the day before it's only that crazy in Italy, and even there I think now in winter that's only very few who do it, if at all) have unassigned standing places and want to get a place in frontrow. No need to queue if you have an assigned seat.  Of course if you come early to meet other MFCers, you'll find some of us in the queue in the afternoon.

Yes, since 3 weeks they keep telling us, the tickets were printed out yesterday and sent to us. 

The guy yesterday told me, we can be there at 6pm with our reservation number. I hope, there will be someone at the office. 

He also told me, that it is impossible to get electronic tickets. 

We will see, I hope, everything works out. Otherwise my daughter would be so sad. And we already have train and hotel reservation. It is not the closest country 🙄

Two weeks ago, they said, we will get them last week. 

Last week they said, we will have them at the end of the week 🙄 

And last Friday another woman told me to wait until today or tomorrow. 🤪 

If we don't get them until this Friday, I will call again. Maybe they can block the tickets and send them via email. 

I am really going mad 😡 

But I still hope the best 🙈✊

He is a good person, who knows that being famous let him in a place to be heard, and uses this power to change the world for good.

 

Then he won The Voice, Ice Cream was released, a new album is comming (named the best way), and my 5 year old little boy likes his music, so I'm preparing for the announcement of a Latinoamerican tour in 2020 😀. Definitely the kind of idol I hope my son will have in his life.

 

I'm so glad to have found you, Mika's fans!!! Please forgive me for my English, I have written all without looking for words or phrases, so maybe there'll be terrible mistakes.
