Each month, we take an hour and have a small celebration with cake and birthday cards for everyone with a birthday in that particular month. I open up my card and lo and behold, someone had written: "Happy Birthday Amanda! I think of you often. Love, Mika." Then another co-worker drew an arrow to that message and wrote "wouldn't you be mad if he WAS here and you missed it because you were at a meeting?" Hehe.
