We are Golden 7" B Side: Jokers of the scene remix

Recommended Posts

Remix by Canadian DJs J.O.T.S is apparently the B side to WAG 7" vinyl. (according to ebay, which is not the most reliable of sources....:teehee:)

Found this:

http://hypem.com/track/873591/Mika+-+We+Are+Golden+Jokers+Of+The+Scene+Are+Not+Who+You+Think+They+Are+Remix

Listed on their myspace: http://www.myspace.com/sceneofthejoker

There are a whole bunch of other people's remixes, most of which we have seen, here:

Suggesting there will be a remix EP.

Hmm, who to trust....:mf_rosetinted:

I haven't listened to this one yet BS, but I'm not a fan of remixes generally and the two I've heard on youtube (one Don Diablo and one Calvin Harris) aren't making me excited to hear any more. Once I've caught up on all the iTunes news etc I'll probably give this a listen.

OK, I've just listened to it, and surprisingly, I like it. It has absolutely nothing to do with WAG apart from the line "We are not what you think we are" repeated over and over in a whisper, but I like the beat and the "electronic sounds". I really can't believe I like it.

These are download links to unreleased material... I disapprove.

But I'm saying this as a member not as a mod, since I clearly can't be objective when it comes to *some* remixes.

I did think more than twice about posting the links. So I took the line used by hypem, and didn't post the download link directly. You have to do a bit of clicking...and if you want to close the thread, it seems everyone hates remixes on the whole, so nobody will notice:aah:

I don't like remixes either.
