I think I would have tonsilitis!!! but I don't.... so goodness knows what i've got:biggrin2: My healthy eating starts properly on Wednesday!! no point right now...I will weigh myself and start from there. I don't do diets...or excersise....but cutting fat to a minimum in my food and eating 3 meals a day works for me (I always cut out breakfast before). So, good luck to all..... the positive vibes in this thread mean Mika is gona have some seriously hot babes to deal with next tour.......

can I sign up??? I need to loose about 1 1/2 stone, but would be happy with one over this next 12 months. I went to the Mika gig in Newcastle in Feb and before I left took a picture!!!!!! It was the best thing I have ever done....over the last 10 months I have lost nearly 2 stone!! I am proud of myself, and can't believe the difference it has made to me. but I'm going to need help to shift the rest.... and I would love to do it with you guys!! by the way.. I still have the pic on the hubbys phone... the best motivation ever!!

Friday, December 28, 2007 2007 Hello to anyone that reads this. Just a note to thank you all for your Christmas greetings and for helping make this year very memorable. I've been pretty useless at replying to some of the nice comments about the gigs and my own music but we've been travelling continuously and whenever we stop... we sleep. Thanks especially to those of you who have sent me pictures of the gigs. We really appreciate this as it shows us stuff that we'd never see otherwise. Next year will hopefully be as exciting as this one. Tour of North America in Jan/Feb... and I'm definitely gonna put aside some time to do some more writing again. Thank you again for anyone that has played a part in making 2007 such fun. I wish everyone a happy new year and a great 2008. Luke x

The deal in my house right now is if you are on the pooter, then you have to keep voting for Mika!!!! I don't know how often they are updating the counts.. but it did move from 17.2% to 17.7% while I was voting yesterday!!!! Keep voting everyone... and get the family to do it too!!!!!
