I note in the music press Mika is said to be playing Glastonbury (he confirmed that himself ) but Oxygen(Ireland),T in the Park (Scotland),and Reading have also been mentioned. Does anyone know anymore about these (or any others including European ones). I like the odd festival day out but am particularly interested in the Oxygen date..ie which day he's there (if at all) Ta!

it's all about training. I've known lots of professional singers and it is virtually impossible to keep your voice 'healthy' and functioning without proper care.Training/vocal coaching is a must ..as is warming up exercises...you wouldn't expect someone to win a race from a standing start after sitting around all day I'm sure with Mika's background he knows this and will be fine As for the schedule I'm afraid that's fairly common place with an album to promote ...I've known bands to be literally asleep on their feet after a constant round of promotion/gigs/photo shoots ..but god bless 'em they were still smiling! It comes with the territory ....but this is what he wanted ..I'm sure he's loving every minute

the venue has been changed it's now Academy 1...my ticket bought from TM is blue grey and has Academy 3 on it I'm sure it's fine as long as it's got the Academy bit iver the tear strip

For gigging /parties etc I buy disposable ones ....they pix come out fine....and you don't worry about anything happening to it or it getting lost ...or over zealous bouncers taking it ...

I personally don't think there's anything wrong or different about being gay or bisexual (duh! ...obviously ! ) My only gripe with these type of threads is that they are a bit silly and possibly intrusive ...surely it really doesn't matter a jot, in this day and age, who or what anyone is. Would it change anyone heres opinion of Mika and his music if he came out (excuse the pun ) and said "look everyone I am ...this!!" I very much doubt it, from what I've seen of people around here. Therefore the speculation becomes pointless. But no doubt it'll go on and on ....oh well,you know what they say ...the only thing worse than being talked about ...is not being talked about.. eh Mika ?
