  1. Oooh, someone else who's going to see Jason I'm actually going to Mcr though on the 19th (got Bryan Adams on the 12th )
  2. Well, I'd need to check with my mate if she'd be up for it but I'd love to meet some of you guys Not sure what we're doing for accommodation as she doesn't live far from Leeds it's self ... will mention the Travelodge though.
  3. Thanks for that Am sooo glad it's not the 12th as I'm in Sheffield that night seeing Bryan Adams ... 2 great artists in 1 weekend, can't beat it.
  4. I had an email from See Tickets today saying that the date for Leeds has changed from the 18th to the 13th. Luckily we can still go but has anyone else heard this too??
  5. Maybe, maybe not. Many bands/artists I've been to see have had well established acts as supports.
  6. Possibly, they'd have to put a "Parental Lyrics" on the album if it was Whore LOL Never seen him live so didn't know he changed the lyrics .. wouldn't be the first artist to do that
  7. I thought it was "She’s a player and a down right bore Jesus loves her she wants more" .. maybe I've heard it wrong :-s
  8. Totally agree .. it wouldn't bother me either
  9. For me this IS a claim to fame! Have been a fan for the best part of 20 years and have never had the chance to meet him Seen him a couple of times in concert and think he's one of the most entertaining people I've seen.
  10. Well, I thought I'd join in before going to divulge my dinner (hmm .. not quite sure what it is either ) Anyways, incase you hadn't guessed I'm Faye, 30 years old from the Lancashire/Yorkshire border ... lets just say that the "war of the roses" has never died I'm music mad and totally love my concerts ever since seeing Chesney Hawkes at 14!! I actually still follow him and have met him a few times at his gigs over the past 3 years. My music taste ranged from Kenny G to Marilyn Manson (much to my friends amusement half the time). I've lost count at the amount of concerts/gigs I've been to over the years too. Have had so many memorable ones, but also some dire ones too that I wish I'd saved my money on. The most surprising were Five and Britney Spears ... went to both out of curiosity and totally loved their shows. I was also lucky enough to see Tina Turner on her last weekend here in the UK, totally blown away by her. I work in a reletively boring job working for a local holiday firm. Basically I process online bookings for independant cottage owners who advertise on our website (which is a s**t site so won't be promoting on here LOL). Think that's all for now
  11. Cool idea Well ... I used to work in hotels and have checked in Ian St John (ex-footballer), one of the Gladiators (sorry, forgot her name), Jenny Powell, Fay from Steps, Chuckle Brothers and a few others. But those I've WANTED to meet .. Bruce Dickinson, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Howard Donald, Chesney Hawkes (yes, he's still gigging), 3 members of Def Leppard (Rick Savage, Viv Campbell and Joe Elliot), Jonathan Wilkes, Joe Pasquale and Jason Donovan. Also loads of other people too from when I was a kid. Have also grabbed Bryan Adams's arse when I saw him in concert in 04 Am hoping to meet Mika and Jason Donovan (again) in May when I go see them.
  12. I missed out this month ... heard about Mika too late for tickets
  13. Really?? That's mental for such small venues ... but it just goes to show the money people are willing to spend.
