i am a big fan of queen as well. but i think if mika is to be taken seriously as an artist he has to try and stop the accusations of oh hes like this person or that person early on in his career for him to be able to go forward with his music and be noted as a standalone artist that he is. if the media would just stop and listen to his music without putting him against other known artists im sure their reports would be a lot more individual and more true to mika himself and reasons why we love him as that individual.

yeah i watched his live show on the msn live and it was great with all the changes in his dancing and singing. the one where he sits on the piano and sings that song with the lady on cello and the guy singing the high notes, was a great part of the show. it was just fantastic its great to finally find someone who can sing and also give off a great buzz with his dancing and interaction with the audience.

hiya i am calmstands mum i found out about mika on his website. if you go to http://www.mikasounds.com you can find all the info you need. it is where all the news can be found. so to advertise the release of love today single, he is doing a special appearance at the HMV store on oxford street on 24 April and will appear between 5.30 and 6pm. they will post a more detailed plan nearer the time on the above website. and as he has become very popular it will get very busy quickly, hence the fact we are going early and i am taking a packed lunch lol. hubby works with hotel link so he can drop off food for me as well, thats if he works that day. my son is very excited about going as we cant get to the concerts so this is our only chance to see him. to arcenciel i am big and i LOVE IT, but my son does not see me as big im just the mad women who dances crazy lol. :roftl:

I am absolutely gutted i cant get tickets at all it was all sold out and seeing a 40 year old woman cry is not a good thing lol, my kids are gutted for me as is hubby. but i hope you guys you guys have a great time. maybe ill see some of you at the london HMV on 24th this month that i am going to and no one will stand in my way.

hiya i only joined yesterday so i missed the vote. i live near london so that would have great for me. but brightons not too bad i can drive there no prob, and it also depends on the day as my hubby works weekends and i have my 9 year old who is also a big fan. please i hope a good notice is given so i can bribe someone to have him for the day.

hiya im definately up for that. especially if he brings out big girls are beautiful as i am a larger lady and would just to show that we are as much fun as the next person.

hiya to all this is a great place to be right now. although at the moment i am embarrassing my two boys by singing and dancing around the house like a mad women lol. even in my care people look at me as if im mad, as when im at a traffic light its time for me to dance, until the light turns green. i am mum of two boys as i said above, they are aged 9 and 13 and although the whole family are all fans of mika including hubby (how could he not). i do drive them mad as every morning early the album is put on and i am there in my nighty being that mad women again. so if my neighbour can play her music at 2 and 3am then i can play mine at 7am and she has 3 kids there so we are evenly matched lol.
