I thought today was going to be hard because of the girl that died on Thursday,but it wasn't too bad for me. It was bad for the rest of the staff and students though, an ex student was killed on the weekend...

It's so strange, I remember her when she was a baby, and I remember her when she was in year 3 and I was teaching her, and now she's gone... very sad, and very unnecessary. I feel so bad for her family, because her sister and cousin were in the car as well, and they're badly injured.

What makes it even worse was that they were only driving to and from school because her sister had a knee reconstruction and couldn't get on the bus

So did I... but we are now!

I don't really expect my arm to get much better than this...

It's actually my mum's dress... she was supposed to wear it for a friend's wedding because she was a bridesmaid, but the woman didn't end up getting married... it still has the tags on it and everything!

I don't usually wear green, but I love it!

They're slowly getting under control... I think they've still got around 20 fires out of control, but they've had some colder weather over the last few days so hopefully that will help them...
