  1. I really should be sleeping now, gotta wake up painfully early tomorrow but I just had to read all those 17 pages :insane:

I've got a question. I'm working on Tues but it's not a problem since I've got someone to text me. What I do worry about though, is that it'll be just like the last time. The date will be announced and we'll be able to purchase tickets at once.

Considering there's no specific hour this time can I assume there won't be any presale that day?..

  2. I totally agree. I think it's just a case of plans changing, and Mika comitting to things (telling Zoots it was for real, putting Ireland on his blog) before it was 100% for sure.

For example, at the end of the LA gig he told us "thank you, see you in June!" But it's already the end of May, and we've heard nothing to make us believe he'll actually be playing LA. So I think our best bet is to believe that nothing is "for real" until people are actually able to buy tickets.

Maybe he was talking to Sara only? :naughty:

    Thank you for your help!

Yeah, it was the blog, and when he said it too, that threw us off...but in fairness, it was our own hopes for a gig in Dublin that created all the fuss... and that website Eventful is not a direct ticket site, it just tells people what's going on in Dublin - they obviously just copied the info from ticketmaster and stupidly haven't updated it. But any glimmer of hope was all we needed :naughty::huglove:

I think that Dublin gig not happening is such a big deal because so many of us were excited about it. And that's cause it was supposed to be the first gig after the break. It was the first gig to be mentioned in a long time. It wasn't just the Irish, I bought a Dublin guide-book :naughty: It won't go to waste though, I'm gonna need it when he tours there in a few months :thumb_yello:

  3. Just taking the opportunity to wail about forgetting to take my credit card to work the day they went on sale.

When did you buy Agnieszka- I bought at about 16:20 and from CazGirl's place I'm reckoning row 5-6 ish? Though it might depend a bit on number of seats bought. Though single tickets in a lot of venues are right on the side.

Don't see why you could buy 4 tickets though.

The confirmation time is 16.05 I think. We're most likely to be neighbours :biggrin2: I think we'll be in the 5th, 6th row in the worst case.

About the 4 tickets thing. I'm a member of The Killers fan club, had to pay to be in it but we get a lot of presales. And in every presale we can buy up to 4 tickets. I guess it's usually like that.

Just to claify one part for you , the concept was to get the codes in sequence to members who had been here for a certain period of time , then release it to the next batch , then it goes on Mikasounds and finally the general public.

Now with the server crashing , things go a tad screwy and it didnt quite work that way , but that is the concept.Overall this went very well , we got most of the MFC at these shows , very few didnt get there and people that joined at just seeing the link didnt get the front 10 rows or ebayers for that matter.

We may "tweak" for the next stage but overall we and Mika are very pleased how it went:biggrin2:

I think it went really well. And let's not forget how amazing it is that there was a MFC presale in the first place :wub2:

Yeah probably wise not to occupy them with ther things than sending tickets  Really sorry for starting this, din't think before saying I got the number :boxed:

I don't think you should worry about it Kata :) They probably have more than one employee. It's not like there's just this poor Helen there, responding to the e-mails and trying to send us the tickets at the same time :naughty:

  4. I think we have the same postman :mf_rosetinted:

Lol.. Given your location it's more likely that our mailmen are twins :naughty:

So far, we’ve only received the Amsterdam tickets and they’ve been mailed today. We hope to have Berlin and Belgium by the end of the week and we’ll mail them out as soon as they come in. However, we have a bank holiday on Monday. Paris and London will go out next week.

    We’re chasing them!

    Thanks

Thank you for the info FD. I'm not very worried about London tickets, more about Berlin, it's so soon! But I'm feeling optimistic :thumb_yello:

  5. Well there's only like 22 seats in the first row, so when you're able to buy 4 then it's not that strange I guess  6th/7th row is not bad though, think there's gonna be a good view from almost everywhere in that venue :teehee:

Yes, I think even that first circle ticket, that I ended up giving to my sister, will have a brilliant view. But seems like I'm (and I don't think I'm alone here) a little bit obsessed with the rows and seats on this tour :teehee:

  6. The confirmation for Neiobi's tickets was 12 minutes past, for those who want to calculate  I was dumb enough to buy Berlin tickets first, not noticing that it's GA

Wow.. 12 minutes and already a second row?.. But actually, that makes me feel a bit better.

I was dumb enough to get confused and buy first circle instead of stalls... My stalls were bought later the same day and looking at other people's times I'll be in 6-7th row. But still, I bought the first ticket at 1.30 so had no chance for 1-2 row from the start. Yep, for some reason I do feel better. Thank you :)

  7. You know Ive had SO many issues with tickets over the years and missing them as you have to sign for them :boxed::boxed:

    Oh, that's really great.

Especially that, as I've recently noticed, my mailman is not familiar with the great innovation that is a doorbell. I once caught him slipping in a note saying that he couldn't deliver my package cause there was no one at home. I was about to leave for work and was standing on the stairs by the fecking door when that happened!

  8. Have you guys got your tickets yet?

I'm going to the Paris second one and I'm really worried wheter the tix will arrive on time...so I thought I'd see if they arrive on time for the others.

Please understand me! It's my first and Romania is not exactly close to Paris:roftl:

    A bientot,

    Bianca

    xx

They're supposed to arrive no later than 2 weeks before the gig. So for this gig that would be uhm.. today. In my case, mission not accomplished..

I understand, London is not exactly close to Berlin too :wink2:

But I'm pretty sure they'll arrive in time. I'll let you know when I get them. When are you leaving for Paris?

  9. Yes, it would be nice to know where we're sitting.. I've got no chances for the first row though. When I realized that the presale started I panicked and bought first circle instead of stalls hehe :blush-anim-cl: I do have stalls tickets but they were bought around 5-6pm.

To be honest, with this venue I don't mind that much not being in the first row, I would like to sit more or less in the middle though. Well, first of all I would like to have my tickets already..

And I seriously need to do some tiara shopping :naughty: I bought silver shoes a few weeks back, they'll match :biggrin2:

  10. haha thanks!

Isn't that Mika's mom who nearly gets walloped by a roll of carpet? lol

    I think so :naughty:

Wow, thank you so much for posting!:wub2:

Great stuff, I enjoyed every second of it.

    Lucky, lucky Salt Lake City!

    You're welcome :)

His face looks older to me, he looks matured.

Not sure if I can post these, but here are some screencaps:

I can't see this it says it's private

It does  Oh my, I pulled Alice :teehee:

    Hi!!

This thread has been oddly quiet lately, I haven't noticed your post!

I LOVE the photo of the early morning, so lovely. It reminds me of the latest Pride and Prejudice movie adaptation.

I'm really glad you had fun in Poland, I like there too :teehee:

Nie mogę się zalogować z tego komputera na PMFC, więc tymczasem piszę tu: AAAA! Słuszałyście już Blue Eyes? :wub2:

Jahaa! BE to moja ulubiona z tych nowych :wub2: Aczkolwiek jak slucham wersji studyjnej to Rafa sie wylacza. Chyba woli te na zywo...

  12. Ok, I don´t know if this is the right thread, but actually I need help.

I plan to go to the gig in Berlin. So I tried to order tickets. I don´t have a credit card, just an debit-card. But I don´t have this security number behind the card number. What can I do know? I think I understood right, that I can order exclusively via Mikasounds.com, right?

Aah, please help anyone. I have no idea what to do. Thank you :wink2:

I used to have a debit card without the security number with my old bank account. Unfortunately I couldn't use it for most online transactions. I'm not sure if there's any other way to pay for the ticket. I hope someone will be more helpful.

  13. For the ones who want to know, for this Bordeaux mystery gig (announced in one spanish article and on a website from Universal)

someone called the theatre and this gig has been canceled.

Maybe it happened the same for the Dublin one....

Thanks a lot for clearing that up. It's nice to know the facts.

So standing on a QUE to Berlin, waiting for someone who will show up...;)

    Ok, last week was:

    Norway

    France

    Italy

    Spain

    This week:

    Monday - Germany

We are taking bets for the rest of the week...

Uhm.. Poland tomorrow! So close to Berlin, I say - why not? :teehee:

  14. ok guys Relax !!

First, we don't know anything about this neither  it's very strange and it's like the Dublin gig...a ghost gig ??

Secondly, it could be a gig he wanted to do, like the Dublin one but they were finally canceled ?

Or this could be a secret gig, but honestly, I don't see why.... especially in Bordeaux ?? it's very strange !!! Doing regular gigs and secret ones one day before...

Of course, we are lucky because he does many gigs in our country, and many fans all over the world don't have this chance.... but don't blame us, it's not our fault, and imagine if Mika would have done 2 or 3 gigs in your country...you would have been so happy too, no ??

But maybe, we talk about that for anything, because there won't be anything, or other dates will be anounced in various countries... But I think it's not a good idea to anounce dates in two times, because people can do anything and buy tickets, planes etc to go to one date, whereas something is going to happen next to there home and they don't know about it...

And Neiobi, don't be scare about the language bareer, we speak english (well, a little ! :naughty: ) and until now, we don't bite :wink2: but we'll be pleased to welcome you, and whoever wants to come...

    Have a nice day guys.

I don't think anyone is mad at French fans, it's not like you planned the tour :wink2: And yes, if he decided to play 3 gigs in Poland I'd be VERY happy. Well, even 1 would do :naughty:

But I am a bit confused at the disproportion of the gigs. I don't know the numbers but I think it'd be safe to say he's more or less as popular in the UK as he is in France. I thought it was odd he'd play 2 gigs in Paris and 1 in London. To be honest, I was a bit ticked off, thinking I'd moved to the wrong country :naughty:

Anyway, whatever stands behind these decisions, I don't think they're based on his sentimental feelings about his childhood or any other emotional bonds that he shares with the city. It's not like he's picking up a holiday destination. This is his tour, a part of his career, it's business.
