    I sooo love the Alice theme I've pretty much sorted my outfit out, I just need to sew hearts on stuff! Red/black corset and petticoat should do the rest.

    I googled it and it's apparently near the Museumsquare... if it's really there then you can take tram 2 or 5 I'm glad to help, it's always much easier to hear it from people who actually know the city as opposed to confusing websites and touristguides

    There's trains! It's super easy, you just go to the trains in the big arrivals lobby (they're underground but super easy to find bc there's 10000 signs) and take one to Amsterdam Centraal. It only takes about 15 minutes! You can buy a ticket from one of the machines, will only be a few quid. From the Central Station you can take a bus/tram/tube to wherever in the city you need to be. The tubestop for the venue is Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena (I think the tubes that stop there are 53 and 54 but you'll have to check, I'm not sure)

    Ok, it looks like they were just postponed then for me personally thats alright but I really feel for everyone who's coming from abroad and has booked hotels and flights and stuff! Let's hope its a mistake...?

    Bijlmer kind of is the middle of nowhere even if it technically is Amsterdam but there's enough to do really, not too bad

    Nee ik heb ze wel ns eerder gesproken maar toen was ik een beetje fangirlie aan het doen zoals gewoonlijk dus hopelijk wordt dit een serieuzer gesprek

    I dunno if they HMH afterparty is gonna be too exciting... I had a quick look at the one after a Franz Ferdinand gig and there was hardly anyone there plus I think loads of people are going to go out and wait for Mika at the back of the venue......

    Airbourne worden wel de Australische AC/DC genoemd maar ze zijn echt heel goed, moet je echt checken, ze komen ook in Melkweg in maart! Nou die vriendin werkt voor een website (http://www.zwaremetalen.nl) en die hadden dat interview aangevraagd maar zij wist niet zoveel over de band en ik wel dus ga ik mee (ok ze zien er echt heel eng uit hier hahaha maar ze zijn in het echt wel cute)

    Lol ja dat was met die vieze kokosnoot ook al het geval denk ik Het gaat prima met mij, ik ga vrijdag samen met een vriendin Airbourne interviewen in het Americain Hotel (Airbourne = super coole Australische band met sexy langharige wildmen) Met jou ook alles goed??

    Wie heeft dat gezegd?? Die Mika lult ook maar een eind weg (ik ben trouwens al ongeveer 2,5 jaar lid en heb toch maar best weinig posts vergeleken met jullie.....)

    Ik wilde toen ik 17 was perse in m'n eentje naar Zwitserland naar een festival waar The Darkness speelden (tenminste, wel met vriendinnen maar die kwamen uit Zwitserland en Amerika dus ik moest er alleen heen) en m'n ouders vonden dat opzich niet zo'n super idee maar ik besloot me daar niets van aan te trekken en het gewoon allemaal toch te gaan regelen en toen gingen ze het vanzelf normaal vinden Maar toen ik 14 was mocht ik al naar concerten zolang ze in Amsterdam of Amstelveen waren. Ach wat een schitterende tijden!

    Heey, ik ken je natuurlijk nog wel, van livejournal hoop je bij het eventuele andere concert weer te zien! Je woont op kamers en toch mag je niet alleen naar een concert? Dat is echt het raarste wat ik ooit heb gehoord. Hoop dat t de volgende keer wel mag!

    I love most Irish things (even though I've still never been there lol) but however much I tried I just can't get into Guinness! I'll have to stick to Bulmers cider The Irish pubs at Leidse square have a really nice atmosphere and you can actually chat because the music isn't rediculously loud so I do think that's probably the best place to go to

    It's a great venue, very easy to reach, great sound, and you can see the stage very well from wherever you are in the room, plus there's a little roof over the doors so they early queuers won't stand in the rain I didn't really get drunk but that's just because I'm such a hardcore drinker I certainly gave it a good try! There's plenty of clubs (most are also near Leidse square) but I'm more of a pub-girl then a club-kid so I'm not sure which ones are nice... but maybe there's a clubnight at Melkweg, the few times I've been there they played relatively nice music. It's over 18 though and there's probably an entrance fee of like €8 so probably not everyone will be up for it I can imagine. I'm all for taking over one of the Irish pubs
