We should see if there's any room at the house belonging to this guy called Mika Penniman. He should have plenty of rooms, as long as we avoid the ones he uses for Boum Boum Boum.

We're going to see if we can make it. It's just the expense of staying the whole weekend. We'll have to see what hotel would be not too expensive for us.

Thank you for telling me. The problem with it being a weekend, is that there is always engineering work on the railway lines. We came once, on Saturday, and didn't get there until 4pm. Coming home was a nightmare too, on the Sunday.

The only thing we could do, is go on Friday and stay until Monday. We'd have to see how expensive it would be to stay 3 nights.

We'll certainly consider it.

Hi there. Yes I do feel happier now. I have downloaded the single and I am excited to see it getting popular in Europe. It's been hard realizing he's not going to be top in UK, but I've accepted it now.

I'd love to meet fans in London if there's a get together. I really appreciate the MFC, even more so now, because it keeps me up to date with Mika and his exploits abroad. We're not going to have a gig to look forward to, yet, so a get together would be brilliant. Love from Marilyn

I think the people who left, did so when nothing much was happening. There was so much happening in 2007. Mika was constantly touring and being interviewed a lot. Of course he couldn't have kept up that pace.

Then we had a time when nothing happened, so I think a few left then.

It's easier for me, as I don't work due to disability. For me it's something to do and it's nice to talk to different people about Mika, as in normal life, people hardly ever know who he is.

So I've stayed with MFC. I can't believe I've been here nearly 7 years.

I wouldn't say I was one of the first to join MFC. I joined in the September. Many people joined before that. The sad thing is that many people who were here in the beginning, have either left, or don't post now. A lot of them were UK people.

When I was young, my friends tended to be older than me. But now they mostly tend to be younger.

Of course not! Being older I don't expect the young ones to want to be friends, but I'm always happy when they do. I'm very young at heart. In fact, I am golden!

Hi Eleanor! I've heard of Wakefield. Not sure where it is. But it's great that you are from the UK. I think we're the minority on here now. At first, most were from the UK, but now, because Mika isn't the icon here that he is in other countries, there arn't that many UK fans. I'm hoping that will change with TOOL. I'm hoping there will be some tour dates soon. I can't go to festivals as I have mobility problems, but I've seen Mika at Manchester and London Apollos, and Brixton Acadamy, also at Blackpool. I've met him each time and he is the kindest most beautiful (inside and out) man you could ever meet.

Hi again. I'm from Manchester in England. I'm married, with a son who's two months older than Mika. He's called Steve. My hubby is called Alan and he loves Lady Gaga. I went to see her last year, with Alan, but wasn't that impressed. We saw Mika the following night, and I loved that concert. I've been a fan of Mika since 2007.

I joined in 2007 after I'd heard Love Today on the radio, and had bought his amazing LICM! I was nervous about joining MFC, because I am in my fifties and thought I wouldn't fit in on a pop star's forum. But I soon realised that Mika appeals to all ages and we can all get something from his songs! He really is one-of-a-kind!

Yes, and it's really great being a Mika fan isn't it. But I hope we get some music-news soon. I hope he's not too busy decorating his new house!
