Did you hear the "take off your shirt, we want to see the body!"? Lucky me, I have that on tape.

I think it was both. If it were JUST feedback and he really WANTED to be there, he may have waited for it to be fixed, done something while it was being fixed or maybe changed the order of the song. I did see but did not tape all the hands and craziness when he got there and sat down. There was nothing between Mika on that bench and all those hands. There was alot of verbal lusting after Mika at that gig too.

There was a bit of feedback from the celesta when he started playing.

After watching the videos over and over again, it looks like he was ready to take the mic off even before the feedback sounded. If you watch when he actually performs it, he plays the piano longer and doesn't take his hands to the mic at all.

But Alice, tell her even people who were there also like to hear other's views of the day/ gig!

That was EXACTLY how I was! I thought I would sleep lots but no. My friend was convinced there was something wrong with me. I did not eat all day, except for ice cream and I couldn't sleep. Still planning on doing some sort of gig report but need to gather my thoughts. That was why I KNEW I could not go back to the hotel room with my friend who didn't really GET the Mika thing, though she tried to humor me. I tagged along walking the streets of NY with Suzy, Jack, Sunshine, Cassiopee, and gang until I could tell my friend was about to DROP.

Alice, thanks for the report. That was me you were talking to about the extra tickets I got for my kids in line. My friend was quite concerned about your daughter in the bar area. Yes, there seemed to be alot of that. And it has already been mentioned but Relax was ruined by some girl screaming the lyrics so loud that you couldn't hear Mika.

There were 2 girls who asked (sorry, I forgot their MFC name) and he told them to stick around and when he was done speaking to everyone he looked for them (how sweet is that?) and took a picture with them.

Part of it, I think. I tried to take a snippet at least of each song so that I had to play order. I got it until I practically got shoved over by the crowd behind.

Last night's show was absolutely amazing! I was able to take some videos that I will upload in a day or two. I should be dead tired and asleep but I'm not. I couldn't hardly sleep at all last night. It was great to meet so many Mika fans! I think my mind is tired. I will post more when I am more coherent.

I still have 2 extra tickets for NYC. Anyone?
