well, we all still dream, right?

Recently I had a funny dream where Mika was in my room, which is above my garage and he fell out the window! But luckily he landed on a random tampoline haha. Then we ate spaghetti in my kitchen and my mom made him tea. haha

Actually, I've had a few sporatic Mika dreams O.o

One, I was in a school gym and Mika was performing on the bleachers and my friends and I snuck "backstage" by pretending to be someone's daughter We waited around for him after the show but I woke up before I could meet him

Thennnn there was another dream where I was basically stalking him on a tourbus with random people who claimed to be from MFC though I never found out their usernames. We ended up in Chicago near some condominiums and saw Mika come out of one! I got off the bus and shook his hand, told him he was amazing, got one of those blue rosette pins and then ran back to the bus because they were leaving!

My friend just told me Obama won because I fail and didn't have the television on... but it felt like new year's to me, like I could just feel something change (even without watching the ball in times square drop ) CONGRATS.... to... AMERICA! haha

As Flor said, we don't celebrate halloween which I think it pretty sucks, but if I ever have a costumes party I want to be like Jem from Jem and The Holograms!

That's so freaky I was on this website earlier today and someone posted an amazing costume they made of Jem from Jem and The Holograms! I'll post the Link because I don't really know this person but I thought it was really really--strangely--coincidental that you posted that.

ha yea I didn't realize you were from Stockholm (so it says under your username ) and it took me a while to understand why you were so amused by "craploads" there are lots of fun words people basically make up every day. With my friends, it's hard to keep up sometimes!

You're welcome! And in that book, the main character (a girl who's like 12 or something) tells her classmates about her abilities and instead of thinking she's weird, they hound her with questions like "what's the color of my name?!?!" all obnoxious-like. But that is an interesting quesiton. For most synaesthetes (ppl with synesthesia) the whole name is greatly influenced by the first letter. Kinda like what people were saying about large numbers and how the first number was the leader.

To me, a large number like 2,473,545 is the color red for some reason, and if I just quickly glance at it, I think it's a girl... probably because the 2 and the 5 on the ends are both girls to me. But each number does still have a gender when I take a closer look at it.

Haha although I'm not a true synaesthete, I think it's fun to have this small quirk. It makes math a lot more interesting.... speaking of that I have craploads of homework to do! haha

this is awesome! actually, I found a synesthesia forum a looong time ago... when I read this amazing book about it (it's called "A Mango Shaped Space" by... *looks at bookshelf* Wendy Mass). It's a great read... really insightful about this stuff but not too heavy... just really cool basically.

That's awesome though. Being an American holiday is just a sidenote. Halloween is the best day/night of the year. Free candy and sick costumes? Who could say no! There should be a day just for dressing up every month because I already have my costumes lined up for the next three years! haha:roftl:

ha exactly. my guidance councelor couldn't look at me without an accusing face. She didn't even laugh about me dressing up, just looked really bored and almost angry haha

I'm going to buy a wig and a slutty dress () and stagger in to school with an empty wine glass.

And I'm going to get my friend to paint on the tattoos...

woot! I dressed up as amy for spirit week as school last year... it was celebrity/ sports day (don't ask me how those two go together)

yep forget about the semi-decent. this is crappy. but the best part was I had a guidance appointment that day. That was a good meeting about "my future goals" XD

In the opening introductions of Miss Universe (airing 9 pm EST on nbc [july 13]), Mika's LOVE TODAY was playing! As my sister and I watched the crazy, exotic costumes the ladies were wearing on stage and then--IS THAT MIKA?! yup. "momma, poppa, shock, shock me!" was booming in the background. Just wanted to letcha all know haha. It kinda made my night

yay! so thrilled the site is running again! although, that chat was a blast, with the "mika penniman" poser late last night, and everyone there was right: the chat allowed everyone to become closer and it was a lot of fun.
