Coco pops also went through a name-change phase, "choco krispies" =\ i refused to buy them whilst they were called that and then they changed back like 2 months later

Do you remember, when Walkers crisps did that football promotion, and instead of Cheese and Onion you got "cheese and Owen"???? "Smokey Beckham" for Smokey Bacon and "Salt and Lineker" For salt and vinegar??!!!

 

They were my staple diet!!! Plus, you also got free Pogz in them from time to time........ Star Wars Pogz!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah! and then the ones you wanted were always retired, that annoyed me

AND OMGOSH at the walkers crisps!! I completely forgot about that! And do you remember when salt and vinegar was blue, and cheese and onion was green? I still haven't got over that, they should switch back

I live on Milk and Orange juice.

I can't drink milk, but I never really liked it anyway, just on ceral. And orange juice is yum, but i much prefer water

I heard that ages ago, then the other day my friend bought a pack and the black/purple ones were still in there!

I used to love panda pops when i was little! Rasperry jelly and ice cream flavour, or something like that, just mmmmmmmmmmmm lol.

Its just too easy to get hold of.

 

Older brothers/sisters etc. even some parents will buy it - shocking but sadly true.

None of my friends brothers or sisters get them alcohol A few parents do, but at 8 years old.. that's ridiculous.

Most kids smoke nowadays.

 

After school, at my school, like 60% of the kids are smoking.

 

a couple have been excluded for smoking on the premises.

I don't actually know that many people that smoke, and my friends that do are trying to quit, fools shouldn't have started in the first place!

Yup. Its just far too young though - it's crazy!! I saw a girl in the papers once who got pregnant when she was 12. That's just crazy. crazy crazy crazy.

Omgosh! i read about something like that, this 11 yaer odl girl got pregnant by a 15 year old guy, and get this: her mum was PROUD of her =\ i don't get that, how could you be proud of your daughter sleeping around like that? lol

The thing that shocked me most, i had no idea whether they were rumours, but the stuff they apparently got up to, you know, with their boyfriends. At 13 for crying out loud. Its just plain wrong.

Eugh i know! Plenty of my friends were doing that by then! Made me feel like a right loser

It is shocking though, I don't understand why people want to grow up so fast, I love being able to just go crazy with my friends

The culture is shocking now.

 

I was reading about 11 year olds who were talking about their 'boyfriends' and things - it was in this article claiming our youths today are growing up too fast - predominantly the girls.

 

But i remember going to our school discos and some of the girls turned up in just really innapropriate outfits. its scary!

At one of the discos i went to, one of the groups of girls was actually told they had to go home and get changed if tehy wanted to stay because they were wearing shirts with inapropriate things written on them lol!

It's sadly true - at that level they have such strict guidelines.... even no chicken the night before matches - i swear, its true.
