Dear Blue Eyes, dear Administrators, dear Moderators, i was the one who firstly expressed a little disappointment about the promo dvd and i would like to express better my opinion.

I understand very well the excitement of BE and her generosity about sharing some little informations and absolutely i dont blame her.

But... because it is arriving a period rich of new stuffs (dvd, second album, singles) i suggest to the moderators to do a brain storming about headlines and rules... what will be the official position of MFC in case of promo releases not official?

if there will be promo stuffs on ebay (and to sale "not for sale" promo stuffs is illegal, especially before the official launch) MFC people will buy it?

it is obvious that everyone can do what he want... but it will be possible to speak about these "illegal" spoilers here? in MFC?

I'm speaking about this especially for the future, not particularly for this BE "case".

 

And my opinion is not just to protect the surprise of the official launch...i care the respect for MIKA and his record company.

(and maybe, if we respect them, they will respect us and they will give us some official spoilers)

Well I thought about this at the time and the other night when you were talking about performatives.

 

I sort of feel the same way as violet that it doesn't matter what really motivated him especially since it is virtually unknowable. Even being able to ask Mika is not sufficient because I don't trust him to be truthful about such things. Our relationship with Mika is pretty much 100% fantasy anyway so you can project whatever you want onto his actions and it may be true or may not.

 

I did remark at the time how convenient it was that he did not say "apples" or "an apple" or "some apples" but "THE apples". It made for a perfect quote that wouldn't have meant much with a slightly different phrasing.

 

I do know Mika has knowledge of the MFC apples and the appleman thread. That much is not just my imagination.

What I was trying to say, Pam, is only that if the possibility that Mika might have paid particular attention to one of your comments and might have even responded to it in a clever and inside kind of way, means something to you and makes you feel good, noone can take this away from you.

If it happened this way or another, is irrelevant in the end (well, not really, but unless you go and personally interview Mika about it, you won't find out.)

And on another note: All that 'I know everybody hates me here' is getting pretty much on my nerves.
