and we have to do a lot of administrative paper work

it´s different from country to country. In Germany we do everything around a patient, we wash them, pamper them, feed them ( if neccessary ). We prepare them for surgeries, we care for them afterward, we assist during examinations, we give infusions. Often enough we do a lot of work what doctors do, we draw drainage and stitches, we give injections and so on......

Clever, why? I think doing my job for 30 years you learn nearly the same as a doctor learns during his study.

I think I do see wll too but I´m wrong and my eyes get tired without my contacts and I get headaches too. It´s only one possibility. You also can react to weather changes.

You really should go to a doctor to check up your headache. Maybe it´s only your eyes ans you need glasses but I hope you´ll feel better soon.
