Mika loves Rome and Rome loves Mika He seemed so happy to be back! And the audience was amazing, everyone went absolutely mental when he sang the Italian lyrics, and pretty much for the whole last four songs. There was a great atmosphere. I had such a great time, I had more space than in Padova and I danced like a mad woman
He changed the setlist slightly from Padova. There he opened with BIOTG, here it was Relax. And on Friday he did Toy Boy but here unfortunately he didn't. I found how well EMD went down hilarious, an Italian crowd going crazy during a French song! Celebrate was probably the one that the crowd loved the most though.
The Roman crowd loved the Italian lyrics more than Padova, in general I had the impression that they were more enthusiastic, but that might've been because the people around me were. There was a great atmosphere.
At the end he pulled out a 'grazie' sign from his hat, much to the appreciation of the crowd. The girls had handed them out here too, and they did a great job.
Things didn't go well after the show though, no barriers or any kind of organisation. So when Mika showed up everyone basically pounced on him, crowding around. I decided to stay out of the way with the others, I didn't fancy trying to push my way through the crowd.
I'd like to thank everyone who made this past weekend so wonderful, I had an amazing time!
