Its fair enough I just feel bad that I put him in a position that he thought that ! Perhaps it was because it was personalised. I always focus on the stuff I feel bad about rather than enjoying the good - I have a photo and he touched my shoulder in a nice affectionate way (well I think so anyhow)

I bought the cassette necklace from a website and got it personalised with Mika on it. He wanted to make sure that I wasn't from said website getting someone famous to endorse the products ! I didn't get what he was saying at first either. He wanted to make sure his pic wasn't gonna appear on a website saying - I think this necklace is great - buy them ! Hope that explains.....

Good report ! I'm too tired to do my report. Only to say I was at the barrier at the front, Mika was FULL of energy. Came out afterwards and told the MFC we were awesome (or similar) and that we are always great for him. I gave him the necklace (the cassette one) which he really liked, then followed him around until I got a photo (and then he was really worried I was from the website and he was endorsing it - which I felt SOOOO bad about as it was not the case). Thanks kt4mika for getting the photo for me ! I Love You xx He touched my shoulder as he left - awww (I'm only 5ft 3). He posed for photo's with the MFC (about 5 or 6 photo's in fact). He was adorable ! Had an amazing day and really happy to have met you all (so many names to remember !). MFC ROCKS !!!!!!!!

I have tweeted Mika about the chippie - I'm a local.... angehp@mikasounds best in town seems to be Yorkshire Fisheries http://bit.ly/qytJM He reckoned after his interview with Alan Carr but need to make sure we get in for the gig too ! I don't have a smart phone - anyone in the queue have one and we can still tweet and arrange with Mika from there ??

I hope they open the doors to the Winter Gardens then. I went past the other day and they were shut I'm still worrying about what time to queue and where they will let us go..... Sounds like a good combo As for plans. I have some people's mob numbers (the ones I have tickets for). I think people are planning on queuing around 3pm ? Other than that there doesn't seem to be a particular plan

Ahh well never mind....

BTW - I was too excited to think properly - but the lights switch on is FRIDAY and the gig is SATURDAY. Switch on weekend is always busy, but there is a chance Friday may be busier than Saturday !

Hmmm - there are no good places to park in Blackpool anymore !!! They re-organised and got rid of loads and put others on meters or expense pay and display. There is one which is next door to the train station. Its not the actual station carpark but Apollo 2000 next door. Its reasonably priced, and a distance from town (but still walking distance from the venue - about 10/15 mins). Its not a BIG carpark though, some spaces are for shop customers and the rest for the general public. Might be worth a try though. Luckily I'm getting a lift into town (I live about 20 mins away from the centre by car - hurrah - at last an advantage to living in Blackpool !!). Just to warn folks, it is likely to be standing at this venue rather than seated. The gigs I have been to there in the past have all been standing ones. You could check with the BBC or Winter Gardens but I suspect it will be the case. Blackpool on lights switch on day - hmmmm MANIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will be VERY busy folks !! Do you reckon I should twitter Mika and give him a hint as to where to look out for his fanclub at the gig ? I was gonna say - Look out for the MFC - we hope to be all together and GOLDEN for you ! What do you reckon ?

Apparently he was chubby as a child. I was sat next to a lady who is a friend of the family at the Sadler's Wells gig. She has a daughter who went to school with one of his younger sisters. She told me many interesting things about him as she knew him from age 12..... I'll tell more if you'd like
