Best. Day. Ever! This was my first Mika concert and it did NOT disappoint! I had so much fun dancing around in the second row A big thanks to dcdeb for the pass for the after show! If you weren't sitting right in front of me I wouldn't even have known! (It was great meeting Holly, Natalie and Lucy, too!) Take pity on my low-quality camera phone pics: I was so nervous when he came to me that I was just like "Hi :D" and shook his hand, and asked him to sign my ticket. I should've been like, "Your show was amazing!" but I froze lol. I think he knew how I felt anyway. I'm the guy with the glasses sitting.

The MFC sale might also let you avoid Ticketmaster's fees... but I wonder which would get you the best seats... like if the fanclub seats are front front front row.

So I just got a nice email from Pollstar saying Mika will perform in NYC on Oct. 16, 2009 at The United Palace Theater! I checked and Ticketmaster has the concert listed, and tickets go on sale Wednesday for Amex presale (general sale on Friday). It hasn't been confirmed by Mikasounds just yet, but I'd say this is concrete considering tickets will be going on sale in two days. (Pollstar also lists dates in Ontario, Montreal, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle and Vancouver.)
