Yes it was the first Le Poisson Rouge gig in NYC in 2009. The whole family was there and it was a big day. The queue was huge by early afternoon, probably 150 people. Mika had ordered a gourmet ice cream truck for us and Standard Toaster was organizing access to the ice cream truck based on the numbers in the gig queue so that Mika didn't get charged for ice cream given to random people walking by. Fortune and Zuleika had to come to him to get a number on their hands so they could get ice cream

 

Anyway later in the evening he found granny separated from the family and escorted her to the VIP area where they were all sitting.

i think i might like it to look at, but not to wear. swatch in general is a brand i connect more with colourful and fun-looking watches than with simple elegance. the latter is what i prefer for a watch i'm wearing. so unless mika's designs prove me wrong here, i don't think i'll buy them.

I had a look in a couple of Swatch shops over here and was surprised that there were some rather nice watches that weren't like the regular Swatch idea. I somehow doubt Mika will go down that road though but it could be a possibilty
