Because after the concert, everything changed. Though we were only far in the back, he really enchanted me with his music...hard to describe, it was just special

We drove back to the hotel directly after the concert and back at home, i finally found the MFC and joined. That's when i first heard about M&Gs, the possibility to become a BG/LG on stage, about queuing and everything - i was like WOW!! A WHOLE NEW WORLD!

So we decided to try out for being BGs/LGs in Hamburg - and succeeded Believe me, we had NO IDEA how lucky we were with that small M&G backstage like ours...we were only 6 girls and he spent a lot of time with us, talking and laughing...and we even got pics with 2 of us each and him. I spent at least 3 minutes in his arm, cause John tried to took the pic and had some problems with the camera (). Mika was so relaxed and didn't let us go while we were waiting. He just kept on talking to us.

I met up with friends there, but one day i spent all on my own, exploring the city - and listened exclusively in a loop to LICM. That's why the whole album reminds me of this fantastic time in Zurich and became very special to me. Of course i bought TBWKTM immediately, when it was release - and loved it too. Then i heard that Mika will do a concert in Hamburg and bought tickets for me and a friend to see him finally live. Shortly after that we planned a trip to London and i noticed, that Mika would do a concert in London during our holiday there. We decided to attend this gig too - and the funny thing is: We were so tired from sightseeing and stuff, that we neartly wouldn't have gone to the gig () We took a bus around 7pm (door opening time ) and arrived when the support act was nearly over...we stood relaxed at the very back with a coke and enjoyed the show...kind of.

Ok, here's my Mika story. It's not that spectacular like yours, but here we go:

Of course i noticed Grace Kelly, Lollipop and Big Girl on the radio - LICM was very popular after its release in germany. But i wasn't interested at all in the singer and just turned the radio louder when his songs were played. That was all for a very long time. I always thought: You should buy that album...but forgot about it. I bought it finally in early 2009. There is this musical actor and singer i know - and who's now a very good acquaintance of mine, after i've been a fan first and then got the chance to do some Public Relations work for him because of my job (but that's another story ). He mentioned that he likes Mikas music and that reminded me to finally buy LICM... I totally fell in love with ALL the songs on it and put them on my mp3 player before i traveled to Zurich/Switzerland, to see the musical actor/singer play in a musical.

OMG!!!! Awwwwww.....i can't believe it!! The story with the interview you missed is really sooo ironic You even worked there when he was interviewed? What a bother...poor starshine Ok, but there's no use crying over spilt milk - and he WILL come back to Canada / Quebec, that's for sure!! And then you won't miss him again

Oh, and i LOVE the interview on Tout le Monde en Parle I was like and when he was talking about sexuality and then Lollipop/his sister. So cute and funny! One of the best stories ever, i totally agree! My story coming up in the next post. Stay tuned

8 years is a long time. So it's understandable that you let her get away with things like that. But hey, it's okay that you are moaning - and i hope that she has a good reason for standing you up It's so caring that you stay at home a lot because of your dad. I have a great regard for that!! And never forget that you have a friend in me - though we're far apart, but that's only on the outside. You're always in my heart

We've never talked about our addiction by the way I don't know by now when and why you became a Mika fan and found the MFC I'd love to know it of course!

Awww, i hate things like that!! I had it with a friend of mine this week too. I wrote him a text and a message on Facebook and he didn't reply Then he said he was too busy I'd never do that!! I really wish we could just call each other and hang out together, meet spontaneously and so on...stupid ocean

By the way, i just realised that you're on MFC since january...i always thought you would have been here longer, but that's not much longer than me How did you reach nearly 13.000 posts since then??

Just returned home from the evening at my friends. It was fun, we were listening to some old popular music from the late 90s and were dancing around like crazy Now i'm tired and have to work tomorrow. So sad i missed you today...but now youre not here, so i'll go to bed too...no reason to hang around in the middle of the night without you here
