I had an idea that we could get a Mika CD each and write a message on the back of them, and our usernames, then send them all to one of us and we could thread them all together with strings, then send it to him!!! I dunno- it sounds kinda dumb, but it's just an idea :S

At the bottom of the PM there is a section called 'Additional Options'. And you tick the box that says 'Send message to users even if they are not on your contact list'. That should work!
