That's a lovely story, thanks. I was in love with Madredeus years ago and their music was like a lullaby for my son. I haven't listened to them for long. Last couple of days I'm on Amalia Rodrigues.
At least you're posts don't sound nostalgic at all. Most of the time hey are hilarious. Are you sure you're Portuguese?
I would like to know what is mikaish to you if it's not a bother.
-
Exactly what you did. That was my idea. To post photos of things that remind us of Mika and everything around him somehow. It can be a bag, key ring, a song, a poster, a photo, a coat, anything. I just wanted to see if people think similarly about what's mikaish.
I'm on my lap top, and connection is awful. If this comes to you consider it as luck.

I just made a new thread. It's here if you like to join tomorrow. http://www.mikafanclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26325
Nighty night! Mikadreams!
Never too much of these old ones.

Hello! I just bumped somehow on a photo of you're cooking gloves, and I'm shocked. I bought exactly the same to my aunt couple of months ago! And there were a dishtowel sold with them too.

Thanks! They make me laugh too, even tho I made them. :teehee:Does that sound:insane:

Hello, sorry to bother you, but you're the only Portuguese I know and I have to ask you something. I was listening to some fado these days, and I don't understand a word, so I was wondering why is it so sad. Is it sad or am I wrong?

He likes jazz. But he supports me in my mikamadness. He is sweet. Never said anything bad about his music, and he liked Blue Eyes. Even learned to play it on a guitar.
He is not a professional musician, although they play very professionally and seriously.

One more thing. I can see my gif now, and I didn't do anything! Ghosts, I'm telling you!

My hubby is a bass guitar player in a band called Melinda Ligeti Trio. And a girl that leads this band has a new project called Setamur. She met a guy on the internet. He is Italian, and she is from Serbia. And they started to write music together, although they never seen each other, or talked before. This summer she went to Italy for a month, and they met for the first time, and recorded some songs. Now he is here, and they are making concerts. So we went to support them, and it was a lovely gig. Very nice atmosphere. Intimate, just about 80 - 100 people. And they are a couple now. It was inevitable.
I write too much, and MFC is too slow. And it triples my posts.
I'm sure you're day was lovely. How many nieces you have?
I don't have siblings and I was always sad because of that. I envy Meeks.

Hi Alba. How are you? I heard that Da Boss is recording. Wonderful news!
I had some guests today, and went to a lovely early night concert. Dropping by just to say hello.

My smileys are not working on your comp? Didn't know it's possible.
And I have no idea what is happening with my sigg. I can't see it for few days now. :no:And it happened before. It just reappeared by itself. Ghost giff.

But isn't the whole package perfect?
I'm off to bed now. Nice chatting with you. Nighty night!

Yes, true.
But keep smiling. You know "Don't worry be happy" - one.
It looks like the camera is going to bump into his nose.

So we are a sort of namesake.
Manresa was razed many times? Was it torn down many times too? Sad.
My town had relatively peaceful past. It was mentioned first in some documents in the 12th century. The land is very fertile and plain. Therefore in my close neighborhood, just couple of km from my building there's a finding of prehistoric culture.
It's a big agricultural part of my county. Imma was shocked when she saw this part of Serbia. They were on the festival in the north of my region, and she never saw more corn fields.
It was a very big industrial center, but it was heavily bombed during 1999. Targets were an oil refinery, the aircraft factory and chemical plants. It was the first target when the bombing started. That and the years of economy crisis and bad politics ruined it. Now we have the clearer air, but no jobs.
And I write too much now.
