Glad to know that there is someone else staying in the hostel: although it isn't that far from the HMH, it did not feel safe to walk alone.

Oh okay. I was looking for a room with one bed (loving the luxurious life  ) but I'll check if they've still got something for me.

No, not going to Brussels.

There are still beds in the hostel ... it's just not possible to book one room for the four of us. 

That's very interesting! I don't look forward of walking through Amsterdam on my own, so this would be ideal. We even could walk together; perhaps there are more fans who booked a bed in the all-female hostel?

I don't know if other fans are staying here as well, but it would indeed be great if we walk together ... that's always better than walking alone in the middle of the night.

Are you also going to the Brussels gig the next day?

And Forest National is "far" away from bruxelles midi station. You would have to go with the tram or bus or taxi

I know it's not close to the venue, but I can't find reasonable priced accomodation closer by. Do you know a place where I can stay close to the venue?

I bought a ticket so I will be there too.

I'm searching for cheap accomodation and found a hostel which is about 10 minutes walking distance from Gare du Midi train station. Are there Belgian fans who can tell me if it's safe enough to walk around this train station in the middle of the night as a woman alone? Or should I better look for another accomodation?

Is there anyone who booked, or is going to book, a hotelroom near the HMH? 

And who is willing to share the room with me?

I bought my ticket today.

I just got home after a long drive and I'm too tired to write a proper report right now. Maybe tomorrow.

But the show was great ... I enjoyed every second of it.  

And it was also great to spend time with other MFCers.

Frauke ... Treasa told me yesterday you won't be able to go to the festival. I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope you will get well soon.

You need to pay one euro for the festival credit card because you can not pay anything with credit cards nor cash. But to fill in the festival card with money you need to use cash or your credit card (there are special places in the festival to do this)

But you can also plan to fill in your festival credit card ahead online.

Any money you haven't spent in the festival will be refounded to your bank account but you'll have to give your bank account details for that.

 I can't believe that it's already close to half a year since we had our common visit to Biodome de Montreal, in the icecold weather!    It was indeed a nice closing of the adventure, in the beautiful city - after three wonderful MIKA days!

Thanks Mamian. Time flies ... doesn't it? I still have good memories of the gigs and our visit to the Biodome. I hope we'll meet again one day.
