I finally had time to catch up on the Montreal threads. We have some brave MFCers here. Thanks everyone for your pics, vids, translations etcetera. They bring back wonderful memories and make me realize that the whole week was not a dream but actually happened.

I don't think I will ever get off my cloud again.

I forgot you're French. I love crepes ... they are even better than pancakes.

When you open the can (or bottle), keep it in the fridge... it will stay good for months (that is if you can stop yourself from eating it )

That's exactly my plan.

I tried the maple syrup candy at the meetup. It was very tasty so we bought more candies and took them home to give them to our family. I'm sure they're going to love them too.

And we bought maple syrup too.

We'll be on the way back to a three week summer holiday in the south...he usually tends to drive me to the gig at the last minute...but the thing is he's cautious of everything and everyone ...so I doubt he'd let me go...it sounds so ridiculous considering I'm 47.... I hope he ends up being more open to my online friends...but if he never gets out of the camping car meeting you is really complicated

Maybe we all need to turn up at the camping car to introduce ourselves... then he'll feel a lot more comfortable about letting you meet up with us.

 

Or that might go the other way and he'll think we're all completely mad, hop into the van and drive you right back home.

We can have a big MFC bbq in front of the camping car.

I definitley won't come...that time my colleague is off, so I won't get off then...

The thing is we'll be back from holidays so in the camping car which I don't drive...and he is a control freak so he wouldn' t let me go on my own...and all he does at the festivals is stay in the camping car and watch TV so for this that would mean more time on his own in the camping car...but thanks for caring

I'll try to negociate but he doesn't like crowds .....unless we had friends or maybe my daughter and her boyfriend with us but I'm not even sure that would work....

Are you staying close to the venue? What if bf and I pick you up with our car?
